Girl, you got this. I just love it. I just love it. Okay. Hey everybody, and welcome back to the Listen Linda Book Club Live. I am your host, Dr. Jacqueline Cox, and listen, today we are not just having a conversation, we're having a real one because today's episode is one that's about relationships, self-worth, and the hard truth about what we have been accepting. We are celebrating International Black Women's History Month. And today's feature, Arthur, is bringing transparency, healing, and a message that might just shift your whole perspective. Help me welcome the incredible Toshina Patterson, Arthur of Breadcrumbs and Wine, the empty plate of love and lust. And listen, this is not just a book. This is a mirror. This is a wake-up call. So go ahead and share this live. Tag somebody because today we are pulling up to the table, honey, and we're no longer eating crumbs. Amen. So let's welcome Shaena Patterson. Nothing much, love. Yes, yes, yes. Now, before we get started, y'all know how to do I have to do what I do when I do when I do it. Let's start off with an opening prayer. Father God, we thank you for this moment. We thank you for truth, not the kind that's comfortable, but the kind that transforms. God, we thank you for Toshina's courage, Lord God, to be vulnerable, to tell her story and to help others recognize their work, Lord God. Let this conversation reach who it needs to reach, Lord God. Let someone find clarity today, Lord God. Let someone find the strength to walk away. And most importantly, God, remind us that we are worth more than crumbs. In Jesus' mighty name, amen. Amen, amen, amen. Now, before we get into the questions, I want to read something from your book. Okay, it's about noticing the difference between fleeting attention and meaningful presence between crumbs and a full course experience. Because a lot of people don't even realize that they're accepting crumbs.

SPEAKER_02

Exactly. A lot of people don't realize that when you have a loaf of bread, you don't know what the value of it is until you are at your crumbs. When you're just pouring and pouring and pouring, and you're drying yourself out, that's not a loaf of bread, those are crumbs. But some people get so entitled and mixed up in it, they don't know the difference because they're caught into the lustful part and not knowing the love value of themselves. So that's where that comes from.

SPEAKER_01

Now, before we get started, Toshina, yes, ma'am. I want to ask you who are you behind the title of author? Who are you at your core?

SPEAKER_02

Who am I? I am a mother, I am a teacher, I am a mentor, I'm a God-fearing woman, I am an entrepreneur, I am a real pet. I'm not meat, I am a reab. Amen.

SPEAKER_01

So that's what made you finally say it's time to tell this story.

SPEAKER_02

So interesting. In 2022, there was a Facebook question that said, if you could name a title of what your relationship is like, what would it be? So some people said diabetes, some people said, you know, fat back, cute me, bread, crumbs, and wine, because people don't realize that crumbs are not just in relationships, they're in all the ships. Your partnership, friendships, at work, yourself, I like all that, and then you get drunken up in wine, so you gotta know the difference between your sweet self, the sour things in life was dried out, and the things that just need to be full of excellent excellence. So that's where the name came from. So just holding on to it.

SPEAKER_01

When did you realize you were being fed crumbs instead of being fully poured into?

SPEAKER_02

Which time we're gonna start fit. Which time with myself.

SPEAKER_01

When did you realize it though? When did you finally realize?

SPEAKER_02

I had to have a sit down with myself. I literally sat down in the mirror for like three minutes and just stared at me. So I could say, Who am I? My nickname is Sheena, but government list Tushina, so I need to know who she is. So I started going on this journey of figuring out who my identity really is. Like, what is my purpose? Sheena is the happy-go-lucky person, but to Sheena is the one that's about business that is purpose-driven, that's going above and beyond. So I had to sit down and realize: am I really, am I worth comes? Do I deserve scraps? No, I know I'm more valuable than that because I'm God's woman. I'm one of God's kids. So I know for a fact that I'm worth more than the ending parts of things. So I have to I had to learn to rebuild myself. So doing that, I started writing and doing journals, and then I started publishing them. So that got me to where you have to know the difference between is your plate full, half full, or is it empty?

SPEAKER_01

Amen. Amen. Now I gotta read this, and I want to thank you for sending me your book because I ordered her book by Amazon doing what they do. Y'all never want to send nobody packages on time, so it's not gonna get to me until Sunday, but that's okay because I'm gonna go live when I get. I'm gonna do an opening and I'm gonna show y'all the book. Then we're gonna talk more about it on Listen to Book Club Live. Um, but I gotta read this part from the book. So thank you for sending me the book because I enjoy it. Um you might feel the sting of disappointment, wondering if your time, energy, or love has been wasted. These are the breadcrumbs, moments meant to tease your appetite without offering fulfillment. Now that right there, that was personal, it was, especially for me. Um, why do we stay in situations that are clearly not fulfilling us? Why do you think that is?

SPEAKER_02

Because people don't understand the difference between lust and love. Somebody, when you're in your fleshly mode, if you're in your natural, you gotta have it.

SPEAKER_01

You some people are afraid to be alone, but being alone doesn't mean being lonely, and that's where people misconstrue that because they're afraid to be lonely, but it's okay to be alone because that's what's building you up for your person, or even for yourself to be ready for another person, for your person, absolutely, absolutely, and what does bread crumbing look like in real life that people ignore?

SPEAKER_02

The narcissistic people, the ones that gaslight you, the ones that well, you know, I'm gonna call you whenever I'm ready. What's up, bae? What's up, stranger? Hey, big head. That's the crumbs to give you just enough to keep you going. Hey, I'm only I'm $20 short. Can you help me? Go ahead and cash at me. I need it, I'm gonna pay you back, I'm gonna pay you back in love. Don't do that. Don't do that. Don't don't do that. That's just that. When you learn who you are, you'll start picking up on those toxic traits because it's covered up so well now, especially now with social media and the idea of relationships. So it's supposed to look good on the battlefield, but you don't know who getting knocked out, who having Icon tuna moments. Yeah, like you don't know what goes on behind closed doors.

SPEAKER_01

They're gonna show everything you need to know.

SPEAKER_02

It just really is for the views.

SPEAKER_01

I'm just looking at that today, where a girl um was getting beat um by the father of her child. She was like she was Asian or Chinese or something, right? I saw that. You saw it, so it was in your timeline, and um she was recording it. Um, she was giving it to the police, she stayed getting beat, she couldn't get away. And as soon as she retaliated, she went to jail, she got to jail, yeah. And that's what I mean. But she on on Facebook and on Instagram and on TikTok and all this stuff, he was making it seem like he was just like this perfect gentleman, and he was just shooting her right now. He was kiss, kiss, all of that, but behind closed doors, she was getting beat so bad, and in front of her baby, and that's what I understood when I read your book because I read it, girl. I did a whole sitting on it, the whole, all a hundred and something pages. I read all of it. It was a good book, it really is a good book. Once you start, you will not be able to put this book down. It was really good. Um, but that's what when when you were saying something about breadcrumbs, that just reminds me of somebody, like you said, just want to keep you on a leash, give you just enough to keep coming for more and for more and for more, but not enough to really fulfill you or make you whole. And when you realize that only you can make you whole, then the other person is just you know added incentive to your life, and I really enjoyed this book. Thank you.

SPEAKER_02

This start looking at those dirt doublers, you'll tell the difference real quick.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, absolutely. You have to run through enough of them rats, honey. Trust me, I know.

SPEAKER_02

Rupple steel skin and the Batman's okay. Tell me when they just I were in I was in situations where I was only light during Batman hours. Oh, you pretty for a plus size girl. I'm pretty all around. So because I know my worth and I know my value, those words. Anyone else that would have been a gullible moment. Well, thank you. No, I know who I am and I know whose I am. So if you can't love me during the daytime, then you need to kick bricks by night.

SPEAKER_01

I'm trying to tell you, I'm trying to have love me or secret love me. Uh-uh, we ain't doing that.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, love me, and I'm the same way with friendships, right?

SPEAKER_01

I'm the same way with friendships. You got some people who they they they they hang around people who don't necessarily mess with you like that, so they'll secretly be your friend, or secretly, you know, just so they can get certain things out of you, so they can, you know, get get a little of your oil, but they don't want to be publicly seen with you, or they don't want to publicly acknowledge you, or put a like or a heart or something on something you're doing, they're not gonna do that, but they'll go in your inbox or they'll text you, hey girl, I like what you're doing. But this is my thing if you can't be my friend in public, don't be my friend in private. So I understand that in that perspective of friendship, of loyalty, you know, not necessarily relationships. I've had those situations happen to me before, but of course, you know, I'm not in that situation now. Thank God, thank the Lord Jesus.

SPEAKER_02

I mean that mean I'm in that mean I'm in the neighborhood then.

SPEAKER_01

Right, you all girl, just keep doing what you're doing. You in the neighborhood, girlfriend. That's right.

SPEAKER_02

He on the block, and yes, he is yes, he is.

SPEAKER_01

He almost there, girl.

SPEAKER_02

Come on and knocking. Come on and knocking.

SPEAKER_01

But this right here, this part right here from your book. This is the shift for me. Your worth isn't defined by how others show up, your value isn't measured by crumbs. I need somebody in the comments to hear that again. Your worth isn't defined by how others show up, your value is not measured by crumbs. Tell me about that part.

SPEAKER_02

So in reality, everybody can sit at your table, but not everybody's gonna be able to eat. So, if you don't know your value, if you don't know what's on your plate, who you are, if you rather just be at the table eating oodles and noodles, then that's your worth. Me, I want the lobster mac and cheese, the bougeonist, the surfing turf, lamb chops, lamb chops, play alone, parmesan. Okay, got that. Potatoes, garlic style, please. Don't you do oxtails? Don't play, don't play with me. The lunch was in all. But if you learn what you are valued as, if you think little, you are little, but if you know that you are more, it shows that you're more, and it took me a long time to figure that out for myself. I got some DFFs that have helped me along the way, but I had to realize it for myself.

SPEAKER_01

Now, let me ask you a question because I was just about to get to that, so I'm glad you mentioned that. What did it take for you to actually believe that for yourself? What happened?

SPEAKER_02

Hitting rock bottom, pouring out to everybody, and I didn't have anything for myself because sometimes you can give your own self crumbs and you don't even realize it because you are this giving person, and you want to help, and you know you're that empath, and you know you're sympathetic to people, so in that process, it's hard to take a moment and be like, wait, what about me? Is this selfish for me to take a minute? So you have to learn the difference between being selfish and selfless. So now I'm being selfish about myself because I know everybody can't get to me, everybody's not supposed to get to me. So it took that type of it took that type of accent to close doors on purpose and with purpose and not to let people come back like a revolving door. That's where it got me at.

SPEAKER_01

I agree, I agree. Now you talk about the chair of self-worth in the book, the chair of self-worth. Write that down for someone who doesn't know how to choose themselves yet.

SPEAKER_02

A simplified way, your worth is like a coal. Coal, this is my inner nerd kicking in my miss frizzle. So, coal, once it's been pressed and pushed and heated and is going in deep, once it's heated after a while, it becomes a diamond. So that diamond still has to go through a process. But if you're not ready to go through that passage, if you're not ready to go through the heat, then you won't know what your work is, what you stand up for. Because every person I believe really is a diamond. Everyone is a jewel, everyone is precious, our lives are valuable. But if you can't represent or understand who you are as an individual, then that's where you need to start seeking for Jesus. Like, I won't say seeking for Jesus because some people aren't biased, but for me personally, seek the word, get around likeness people. If you want a strong mind, get around those strong people. If you want that million-dollar mindset, get around some millionaires. Put yourself in a place where you know you want to be and represent. So those chairs are the places where you need to sit at because everybody at the table, but where you're sitting at and where your value is sitting, that defines your identity, that defines your purpose, that will define where you are and how you see you, and how other people can reflect off of that. Absolutely.

SPEAKER_01

That was a great answer. Great answer. Now, what does walking away from crumbs actually look like in real life?

SPEAKER_02

It'll hurt, especially if those crumbs come from family members, comes from church members, if it comes from someone you might have been in a relationship with. Um, it can come from a broken place that you didn't know you needed to heal. So you have to understand what each crumb is. Think about Hansel and Gretel, they had to use crumbs to figure out how to get back, and they never made it that way. Because they ended up at somebody else's house. Don't let your crumbs, don't leave your trail to a place that's gonna cause you to put yourself in more harm.

SPEAKER_01

Amen. Girl, you better speak on it. I'm just gonna that was a good analogy. That was that Hansel and Greta was a good analogy. Um, I really enjoyed. I enjoyed that answer. Now we're about to switch it up. This game, this game is called Toxic versus Healed.

SPEAKER_02

Okay, I'm here for it.

SPEAKER_01

So I'm gonna give you two versions. Okay, tell me which one you used to be and who you are now. Okay, chasing closure or choosing peace.

SPEAKER_02

The toxic part of me would be the first one because we always want to have closure to close a book, but sometimes when that door is already shut, you don't need an explanation because sometimes you have to pray to let go for yourself, you don't have to worry about the other person, they gotta deal with that. My now is choosing peace. I'd rather have peace than be broken into pieces, trying to figure out what you're doing.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, amen. Come on, girl. Somebody give this girl a mic. Hello, hello. Give this girl a mic, yes. Next one setting boundaries or over-explaining both.

SPEAKER_02

So old mean over-explains, but that's also when you are in the process of healing and you want to make sure that that's that abandonment. When you've dealt with abandonment issues and you don't know how to cut yourself off, you're gonna over talk because you don't want to feel like you're leaving out too much, or you think that they're gonna leave. But right now, I'm using boundaries. 10 feet tall, 10 pole, 10 foot pole away, out of sight, out of mind.

SPEAKER_01

Absolutely, absolutely. Ignore red flags or trusting your gut.

SPEAKER_02

I'm gonna trust my gut. I've always I've I've done that. Me and this voluntuous thing of mine called a belly have been trusting gut since birth. But sometimes when we're so entrapped in the lustful experience, we ignore those red flags because it looks good on the outside. So that hits a little bit of both, but right now, peace out, don't do it.

SPEAKER_01

Amen. Last one, well, last one for this portion entertaining potential or requiring consistence.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, the old meme would definitely play games, roll it, because it was fun, but when you come to a point where you know you're chosen, some people already know that they're meant to be a wife. Some people know that they're supposed to have a husband, they're supposed to be more kingdom spouses. That's my now. I've always known that I was gonna be a wife. He ain't here yet, but I need them to come on in the atmosphere. Come on, come on here, but I know for a fact that I'm destined to be somebody's wife. I don't have time to play games. If you want to play games, go go play Monopoly. Amen, sister, and better not go to jail, and but but I'm gonna collect that two-handed though.

SPEAKER_01

Every time you pass, go every time, amen. Settling for attention or requiring intention.

SPEAKER_02

I require intention because it it gets boring for me after a while. Because if you can't if you can't stimulate me mentally, then you won't do me any good physically.

SPEAKER_01

Amen.

SPEAKER_02

Stimulate my mind and my spirit and my emotions because entertaining me physically, it ain't gonna do me nothing but bore me after a while because I'm gonna want something more.

SPEAKER_01

I need consistency, absolutely being available all the time or being selective of your time, being selective.

SPEAKER_02

So I'm an anti socially social person. I pick and choose when and where I want to go and who I want to be with, so I've always been that way. Um I'd rather let myself have that peace and energy to be around good people than being in a bad situation and I'm already bored like in the last five minutes. So that's me.

SPEAKER_01

Proving your worth or knowing your worth.

SPEAKER_02

Definitely knowing your worth. I shouldn't have to prove myself. I was always told as a little girl, no validation. I don't have to have somebody to validate me if I know that God keeps me.

SPEAKER_01

Amen. So I known that as a little girl. I had to figure that part out on my own. So that is awesome. Knowing your worth, not proving your worth, people.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, I don't need to prove, I shouldn't have to making moves. I just told somebody this making moves in silence will always make a loud appearance. So my worth is going to show, and I don't need to prove myself to anybody.

SPEAKER_01

I tell people that all the time.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, once you see me, you're gonna know me.

SPEAKER_01

That's how it's always been for me. I never tried to be something I wasn't. I would, I'm just always who I am. And so when I come in the room, you're gonna know I'm there. I don't even have to say nothing. My aura and my anointing is gonna speak for itself. And me just being, you know, flamboyant and funny. Well, people say I'm funny, right? Funny, whatever, you know, um, and just full of life. That's just who I am as a person. So people draw to that because I'm real, I'm honest, I'm gonna keep it above, but and I'm gonna be me, but I'm also compassionate and I love people and I love, you know, empowering people. And and because of that, I think that's why I feel like I'm just like you in that. Like I don't have to prove it. I just I keep it moving. You know, I it's gonna show, you know, like Kelly Rowland said, light attracts light. I don't need to damn your light, you know, for me to shine bright because I feel like when you got light and your light, we're gonna shine brighter together. I want all the light around me. Let us all get some of this shine. I'm not that type of person, you know. I'm never intimidated by what somebody else got going on. Even if they're doing the same thing as me, if they're trying to do the same thing as me, I'm gonna teach you how to do it right. I'm not one of those people that feel like, oh, I can't put this person on because that's gonna be my comp. I've never been that way. I've never been a gatekeeper, ever. But I value me and I value my time, so you might get priced up. Amen. Because I ain't gonna do it and can't get no type of nothing. But would I ever be scared to teach you what I know? Or even for the free, give you some, you know, some jewels and some gems to help you move you along the way. Absolutely. I am that girl, I'm trying to you are since I met you. When I tell y'all I love Tashina, the way that she pours into people, the way that she pours into even to my to my platform. She'll see me post something, she'll repost it. She's just a really down-to-earth sweet person. Y'all, y'all really gotta get to know her. I'm telling you, to know her is to love her. I love Toshina Madison, okay? I don't even know how I met her. Uh but I'm glad she I know she's gonna be in the women of the waiting room poetic ministry, but I don't even remember how we met, but I'm glad that we did. Um, because when I tell you that you are phenomenal, I read your book today. I'm so glad I got it coming in the mail so I can read it again. I I love picking me up a paper book, you know. So that's why I always I support all my people anytime they come on. I'm gonna make sure I grab your book so I can do it justice, right? Um, and make sure that I give you uh a great interview and actually do the research and and and read your book so we can have a real fair interview because Chat GPT they can do some stuff, but you can't hear that. You can't hear that exactly, exactly. Now this is the last one, so I don't want you to think, okay, bread comes or the feast the feast, I'm fluffy.

SPEAKER_02

I gotta eat bread is temporary, bread is temporary.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, you heal him, you are healed, amen.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, but in reality, bread is something that's temporary anyway. A feast is a lifetime. You get every bit of life, has given you a feast, you get a little bit of this and a little bit of that, and then you're gonna get full. But if you're eating just bread, it's gonna go away after a while. So I'll choose a whole feast, line me up, golden corral.

SPEAKER_01

Amen. Amen. I'm with you on that sister now. This right here, this is the one, and this is the last quote I think I'm gonna say for today. Take your rightful seat and refuse to settle for less than you deserve. That's not just a quote, people. That is a decision. Take your rightful seat and refuse to settle for less than you deserve. I love that so much, Tishane. This really was a great book. I mean, for anybody who may be going through something or have been through something, or even like today, I'm here, but that took me back to a place and just reaffirmed everything that I was thinking that I should feel about myself. It really was encouraging. It was a great book. Um now we are going to get into your books. One that you already published, some that you already got out, and some other projects that you've been working on. So walk us through. First, I want you to, of course, I want you to show um breadcrumbs and wine, but I also want you to talk more about some upcoming projects that you got going on and some things that people may not know about you.

SPEAKER_02

Well, off day, people who know me know that I don't do lives, I never go live, I am always in the background, but God keeps putting me in the limelight. So here I am. So people who know me know that I'm quiet for a reason, but when I do speak, it will make noise. And my other project, so I've been doing journals for a while, but I decided to actually do a book. So this is the physical. Y'all go on Amazon. Look me up. This is the introduction. Now, this book gives each chapter from the table to the chairs to love to lust to know yourself worth, even down to the plates. Each chapter will have its own book with it. So we just talked about crumbs. You want to know about crumbs? They're right here, and each book is designed differently. So right now I have tables coming out, and I'm working on the chairs. So literally, you need to know what your worth is, not just outside of the table. Because crumbs is you can find crumbs anywhere, so it's more than just relationships, you can take it to your spiritual life, to your own self-worth, to professionalism when you at work, because at work they'll give you crumbs too, because they'll give you a pizza party instead of a raise. Come on now. So, or if you at church and the church you're at is not fulfilling you, so is it you not understanding, or is it the physical aspects of what it is? So there's different series, each series is gonna come out staggering because I gotta pray on them to make sure that I'm setting them up differently and doing what I'm supposed to, and following suit because I'm not gonna move before God. Amen. So those are the breadcrumbs that's recent. I do have an affirmation book.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, that's gorgeous.

SPEAKER_02

Yes, and all these books I've designed myself. So I designed them, I formatted them in each book, as you can see, they all designed differently. That is beautiful, and all of them are on Amazon. So, like this one says, even in pieces, I am still whole in spirit.

SPEAKER_01

That is beautiful, Toshina.

SPEAKER_02

So, yeah, that's one then the beauty within the beast. This is a guidebook journal, it's a 30-day journal that helps you reclaim the truth beneath your armor, knowing who you are. So, if you don't know who you are, this journal and guidebook will help you understand that. That's beautiful. Um, the other book I have is called Rose, which is funny because God gave I asked God for a password. Oh, I love that cover. That is beautiful. This one is called Rose Rising Over Self-Eptiness. So if you're empty, feel empty, don't know the value of what emptiness is for you. This is the book to get. This is a 12-week guide book and journal. So anything that you're dealing with, know that you're still beautiful, know that you still have breath, and know that you still matter. That's what this one is. Now you're talking, we were talking about doors. I wrote about it. There's different doors that you go through and you face, and this is also a journal. So this is called Facing Fears and Moving Forward. So this is a journal where I have affirmations in this book, I have different prompts for you to use. There are different doors that you go through, like open doors, closed doors, and you're going through revolving doors, block doors, locked doors, no more locked doors.

SPEAKER_01

So now is everything on Amazon, or do you have a website that they can go to to purchase a bundle?

SPEAKER_02

Right now, I am on Amazon, but I am in the process, Lord's will, to get a website going so that you can get direct links to these books.

SPEAKER_01

I also have the walls.

SPEAKER_02

Yes, inbox me. Let me know. I'm here for it. So this is actually the first journal that I ever written, and I wrote this in 22. And this is called The Walls Breaking Down to Build Back Up Again. So this is where it all started because I had to learn to break down my walls to actually let people in to know who I can trust and not trust. Correct. That's where this comes from. And the last one is a gratitude journal. Oh, that one is beautiful, too. All of them are amazingly beautiful. So this one gives you your jar to put in your own affirmations. So a lot of my stuff is kind of chicken noodle soup inspired. I got poems in some of these, there's affirmations in these. Um people who may not journal but like to see graphics, they're all in here too. And I'm still coming forth with more things. I got a poetry book I'm working on too. So y'all be on the lookout for me.

SPEAKER_01

Phenomenal, phenomenal. And like she said, she designed all her book covers. So if you guys are looking for somebody to design your book cover, maybe some editing, some formatting, contact Toshina Patterson and box her, and she will definitely be there to support you all the way through. Her book covers are phenomenal, and even the graphics on the inside are very beautiful. I know so many people who are looking for this type of work. So, y'all see it right here on my page. Please contact Toshina Patterson, she is absolutely phenomenal. Now, is there anything else you would like for us to know about or know uh that you do as far as your services?

SPEAKER_02

So I actually have an LLC called Built to Bloom. So everyone is able to plant their seeds and grow, and you have to learn how to make sure you're blooming within yourself. So those kind of things are getting ready to come up front. So I'm I'm inspired to want to do more women empowerment things. I'm very hands-on with things. So if people want me to come and show them these books, order these books, and we can go through them to show women and men's empowerment. Now it's not just for the ladies, there are men who go through things too, so we never want to leave the men out. They go through doors, they have to deal with walls, they get bread crumb too, so it goes either way. Um, and also there is a book that I do have that I helped write or helped write two books. One is from a breast cancer survivor. Um, I did her book. This is Miss Sean Carter Addison, and her book is called Pinch Diletto. She is a phenomenal woman, she is a two-time breast cancer survivor. So if you look this book up, and you can support her as well. So I help do her book. I also helped Joseph Berino in his book called Broken but Blessed. And his life story is actually very insightful and it's very empowerful. So I help them, and if anybody wants help as well with ideas, y'all can hit me up and let me know.

So get ready to find Pat86 on IG. The company where her LLC is built to bloom. And if you need motivational speaking and workshops that she can actually use the journals to help you all, contact Tatina Patterson on Facebook at Tashina Patterson or IGPat86. Well my girl, today was not just an interview. Y'all already know this was a reality check because it's too many people who are out here overgiving, over loving, and under receiving. So, Toshina, I want to thank you so much, sweetheart, for your honesty. Thank you for your strength, and thank you for reminding people that they deserve so much more. Make sure you all go get breadcrumbs and wine. Let me put it up here so you all can see it. Go grab breadcrumbs and wine with the empty plate of love and lust. And as always, this is your girl, Dr. Jacqueline Cox, with Listen Linda Book Club Live. Just reminding you all don't beg for a seat, don't shrink for acceptance, and never, ever, ever settle for crumbs when God has a whole table prepared for you. Until next time, I love y'all like Christ love the church. This is a place where stories sing and voices rise. And I'm gonna end it with God did that. Love you all like Christ love the church. We have peace.
