So this is affecting 7 million adults every year, or one in nine over the age of 65. That is incredible. And you talk about amount of money being used to help fight these conditions. Again, by 2050, it's supposed to hit one trillion. That is immense. And again, these rates are not going down. Hello and welcome back to Restore the Real. I'm your host, Dr. Randy, and today it's going to be a solo cast. You just get me. So what's going on in the world? Well, there's a ton, and one of the things that I am most excited about, which maybe some people are, some people aren't, but I want to share why I am. And that is Robert F. Kennedy Jr. being nominated as the department head of health and human services. Why is this I think critical? Well, first let's talk about the health of the country. It's not in a good state. I think mentally, physically, emotionally, uh, I think there's a lot to, uh, to long for in terms of, of where we're at. But if we just take a look at the physical side of things, and this is really important, heart disease and cancer, they have been number one and number two, you know, killers of people for decades now. At this point, one out of every three deaths in our country comes from heart disease. In many of those, that heart attack is the first symptom that they have. Which has got to be terrifying cancer is next, which 600, 000 people die a year from cancer from heart disease. It's 900 and almost 45, 000 people per year. And when you look at the costs of these, just from a cardiovascular disease alone by 2050. 2 trillion is supposed to be being used just for heart disease alone by 2030. That's only five years away from now. 240 billion are going to be to be being used to fight cancer. And where have we really gotten with those? It doesn't seem like rates are declining. They're only increasing. The mortality rate has declined in past years. The number of people just dying all cause mortality has Increased substantially from last year to this year. And then you look at other things, other comorbidities, things like diabetes, more than 38 million people suffer from diabetes. Now that's not a huge killer, but it does predispose people to cancer and to heart disease and to so many other chronic illnesses, obesity is affecting 20 percent of children and 42 percent of adults. That's not just being overweight. That's being obese. Which sets them up for non alcoholic fatty liver disease, other immunologic challenges, suppressed immune system, which then opens them up to other infections. You look at arthritis, Alzheimer's disease. I remember when Alzheimer's wasn't even in the top 10. And now it's actually number five. So this is affecting 7 million adults every year, or one in nine over the age of 65. That is incredible. And you talk about amount of money being used to help fight these conditions. Again, by 2050, it's supposed to hit one trillion. That is immense. And again, these rates are not going down. What's so interesting is when you look at the CDC and the risk factors for all these things, they list things like cigarette smoking, lack of physical activity, excessive alcohol use. And yes, I agree with those things. But there's so much more to it. It's not just that. Right? And so now I go back to why am I excited about R. F. K. Jr. becoming the department head of this, the secretary of HHS. Can he do everything he wants to? I have no idea. But he has been fighting chronic disease Reasons been fighting the root causes of those for decades, right? He's looked into things such as vaccines. He's looked into all the chemicals that are being used on our crops. From glyphosate to atrazine to the different organo phosphates, herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, which is not only making our food toxic, but it's killing the environment. It's killing the land, and as people are, are monocropping, right? There are some, uh, Dr. Zach Bush talks about having only like 60 cycles, 60 crop cycles left. Before it is completely depleted and you can't even grow crops anymore. So there is a massive problem going on. And I'm excited about this because what if we actually got to the root cause of issues? What if that became the focus instead of the symptoms? Now, I did a podcast a few months ago with Dr. Bill Rawls, and he talked about why do people receive diagnoses? And the reason was so that you could, so that medicine could now put them into a, have a map for them. And that map is only listing out what are the medications needed to, to, to combat the symptom. Not the condition, the symptom. And if that medication doesn't work, Then here's the next medication needed. And if that one doesn't work, here's the next one that's needed. So it's never even hitting what may be causing that, which if you've listened to me before on this podcast and the other of the guests that I've had on, you would know that those root causes are the toxins that are sprayed on our food that are in the water that are in the air. So we're breathing it. We're drinking it. We're eating it. It's the parasites that come because the immune system is suppressed and that they take hold in the body. They're eating garbage in the body, right? They have a purpose, but then they become virulent, and they override the body. And now the endotoxin produced is rapidly impacting the body. Your drainage pathways, your body's ability to heal, to eliminate toxicity. So now as a result of that, all of these gut conditions begin to happen. IBS, Crohn's, colitis, uh, weight loss, weight gain, right? Lack of mental clarity, brain fog, inability to focus on a task. I even think that many of the depression and the, the anxiety rates. Are because of these toxins and parasites. Now, I absolutely know and believe that there's a lot more to do with it than just those two things. But what if healthcare transitioned from focusing on the symptom to the actual cause? What if we began diving in deeper, doing things that foundational medicine has been doing for at least the past decade, and that many have been doing for the past hundred, two hundred years? But because of medicine that has been lost and now with the advent of, we have, we have the internet, we have social media, so many things that have been, that have been out, these online health summits that are bringing to light the real issues that come into play with health. What if that was the norm? But because of medicine that has been lost and now with the advent of, we have, we have the internet, we have social media, so many things that have been, that have been out, these online health summits that are bringing to light the real issues that come into play with health. What if that was the norm? What if it was normal to go to a healthcare provider and for them to recognize that these symptoms are merely an expression, the body expressing. A crying out for help and that you were not trying to mask or suppress these symptoms, but that we're digging deeper where we're finding what these root causes are and looking into how to trauma impact an individual. How did the emotional health of, of that child impact their immune system? What were they exposed to as a kid? Was glyphosate used? What were they eating? You know, even looking at the cereals now, right? Kellogg's, this has been in the news recently, when Kellogg's produces cereal and they ship it to Canada, there are real ingredients, things like turmeric and cinnamon that are in the cereals that give the cereal the flavor. Yet, when it's. Produced for our country. There are up to 70 chemicals in there, 70 dyes that are creating the taste, the flavor, the color. And when asked why they said, well, because kids like it. Right. Now, clearly their interest is not the best health. It is not the, the, uh, to focus on the best interest of that kid. It's to focus on the bottom line. But do people know that? Do we recognize that these cereals are completely unhealthy? And that the same cereal that's being sent to Canada is not the same cereal that's being sent to the U. S. And the toxicity level is massively enormous. I think RFK Jr has the maybe potential to go in and just clean house on this and really shed light on what's actually happening in the healthcare system. So that then we can really make changes because the rate that it's going, I don't believe is sustainable. And my son has often talked about wanting to go potentially going into the military and yet the, the testing, how I believe it's 70 percent of, of people, military age would not be able to pass the. Testing from five years ago, 10 years ago, that they've had to downgrade many of those tests so that people can pass and in a way that shows this normalizing of symptoms, I had a patient that came in this past week and she was told by her doctor that last year she did not have non alcoholic fatty liver disease. Testing from five years ago, 10 years ago, that they've had to downgrade many of those tests so that people can pass and in a way that shows this normalizing of symptoms, I had a patient that came in this past week and she was told by her doctor that last year she did not have non alcoholic fatty liver disease. And this year she received a diagnosis of NAFLD. But the doctor said, you know what? It's not really a big deal. Most people have this anyway. What do you mean it's not a big deal? If you normalize that symptom, the liver is the biggest filter in your body. It's filtering out toxicity. It has an impact on your hormone production. So when there's challenges with the liver, hormones are going to be off, neurotransmitters are going to be off, which that means that there can be irregular cycles. Bye. Bye. Erectile dysfunction, lack of libido, there's going to be anxiety and depression, lack of mental clarity, right? All of these things are what is being driven by the toxins that are creating these challenges in the body. And so she was just told, well, there's really nothing to do about it. Don't worry about it. You'll be fine. When that is anything far from the truth. What if that same person went into the doctor, fortunately, she came to us, and we talked about what are the causes of that? How does insulin play a role in NAFLD? And so she was just told, well, there's really nothing to do about it. Don't worry about it. You'll be fine. When that is anything far from the truth. What if that same person went into the doctor, fortunately, she came to us, and we talked about what are the causes of that? How does insulin play a role in NAFLD? How does insulin play a role in heart disease and inflammation? And then beyond that, what is at the heart of it? How have toxins and parasites and mold Set the environment up in the body for it to be aging much faster physiologically than she is chronologically, right? We can't turn back the clock necessarily, but we can have a greater health span. We can have a greater quality of life. And isn't that what we want? Doesn't everybody want quality of life to where they can enjoy and love life and participate in the activities that they want to? Versus not being able to do that. I feel that again, with the changes that are being made, that the potential for that is there, and that if we actually recognize what is going on behind the scenes, that Western medicine, and I'm not saying doctors. I believe that doctors have a, have a true interest in their patients to see them get well. But the way this system is set up, I believe, is to keep people in a state of disease. Because once you're out of that disease, where does the money come from? And I honestly believe that's where it comes down to. And so I would love us to be in a place where health is actually the purpose of medicine, that abundant health is something that is actually looked at as yes, you can achieve that. You can achieve the goals, the desires that you have instead of being led to believe, well, this is just how it is. You're getting older. And so I would love us to be in a place where health is actually the purpose of medicine, that abundant health is something that is actually looked at as yes, you can achieve that. You can achieve the goals, the desires that you have instead of being led to believe, well, this is just how it is. You're getting older. Randy: It's your genetics. You really can't do anything about it anyway. So here's your 1, 2, 3, or 5, or 6, or 7 medications that are needed now for the rest of your life in order to, to survive. And really, that's really all it is, is surviving. This past week I also met with a patient and we were doing energy work and, and it was incredible because there were certain things she was not able to, to take. And we wanted to find out, is there something blocking your body's ability to, to use these nutrients? Is there something blocking your body's ability energetically that is inhibiting your health? And, and we found what those energies are through muscle testing. Um, we cleared those things and it was amazing because I had to go walk down the hall, come back after we did some stuff and her skin, her body was just radiating and the whites of her eyes were different. And, and I asked her like, what do you feel? And she just said, I just felt this massive weight just lift off me and I feel more free. I feel more alive and vibrant. And this is someone that I've been working with for a little while now. And it has not been about protocols. It's all been about energy, emotion, clearing, just trapped energy in the body. And again, I share these things because what if these were all become, what if these all became normal? Where this was what we're looking for in our health. These are the root causes that need to be addressed. Is that all going to happen at once? No. Is there going to be a lot of pushback? Yes, because it's uncomfortable. It requires responsibility. It requires a change in lifestyle, a change in mindset, a change, I think, in beingness. Where we go from people that are just doing to being, and we get into breath, we get into meditation and prayer as a part of our health, as opposed to being led to believe that your health comes from a pill or that the quality of your life is going to be determined by the medications that you're on. And we're just doing these things so that you can survive. I'm excited for what can happen. And if it doesn't, I'm thrilled to be in this space of being able to work with people on this level to not have to have an agenda to not have to be dictated by what insurance says, or by what a physician's desk reference says to do, but that we can look at. The causes we can go into the, the energy, the emotions, the childhood that people had, what things could have impacted the health as a child. Or how about the mom's health? What was going on in the mom's health when baby was in utero? Those are things that we need to address and that that needs to become normal in order for us really to get to the heart of disease last yesterday, I was talking with my wife and we were actually walking backwards and I'll do a podcast on that here soon, but we're walking backwards and, and talking about ways to get more into. Our body to go from the brain to the body because the body is what we experience life in the body is where you feel the body is where you express and as we get more into the body and understand what our body is trying to, to teach us and to tell us and to share with us, I believe that that is where health is going to transform and that you get your power back. By getting into the body and allowing to feel and recognize that your body is just, is, is either crying out for help and that some of these symptoms can be a blessing because they're guiding you to know something's wrong or that what you feel is such an amazing amount of love and joy. And maybe there's a combination of both, right? That you can hold space for both of those, but that as we get into the body and normalize what true health is. There's so much magic that can happen. And I'm super excited about what's coming. I'm super excited about the transitions that I'm making here, that I'm making in my own life, that are going to impact you, those that are working with us, those that will be working with us. Um, and, and I'm excited that some of these changes can happen at the top, but if they don't, we're going to keep plugging away. We're going to keep doing the things that we've done for years in order to help you be. To live the optimal life that you want. It may take time to get there, but I fully believe in the power of hope and belief and that the body has the capacity and always has the capacity to heal.
