45. Breaking records as a female paddle board athlete with Lindsey Tilton

Episode 45

Lindsey Tilton discovered paddle boarding during the pandemic and since has gone on to break records as a female athlete. In this episode, we get into all of the wild challenges she's taken on - like going from Bimini, Bahamas to Florida on a stand-up paddle board. She opens up about the physical and mental demands of extreme races like paddling for 48 hours straight in The Last Paddler Standing and becoming the first female paddle boarder to complete the Alabama 650.

She shares everything from tips on nutrition, resilience, and pushing through discomfort... to what it was like to start hallucinating in the dark after 40 hours of paddling.
