18. Loy Evitts

On February 28th, 1977, 29-year-old Loy Evitts disappeared during her work lunch break in Kansas City, Missouri. Police concluded that she was likely a victim of an abduction. Loy's case is the oldest unsolved missing person case in Kansas City.
