Do you feel the weirdy vibe in the air?

When you do things differently, doing something new, there is often a tension as you move forward.

In longer meditations, this shelter in place and when you challenge yourself to do things differently, how do you feel the tension the resistance.

Maybe you are trying to create something.

Maybe things aren’t that different if you are at home with littles.  That survival day by day between naps and daily realities.

Be careful to not end up always being the default, as mom.

Take you time before the dam bursts.

Keep hold of your path and your needs.  Too often you, who was Independent, wild, well traveled and experienced and now its the little things that matter.

You need to take space To be emotional, to feel supported.  Not over burdening your kids.

Connect on focused way with your partner. Find the clear way to communicate clearly what you need, how to help and so on.

“Make peace with the world”, says Great aunt Marie. Yet, before that, you must start with you.

*As a mature mom.. menopause, creating and being on my path has become the spiraling reality.

Many I’ve talked with, lately seem not to have a clear path and are not yet fully connected to essential self and as well will know what’s next.
