Maha Ghazale joins us from Beirut.  Mom of 2 and working with Trauma and Kids through play healing.  An incredible woman reaching around the planet to help children (and parents) manage tough moments and daily life.

Maha is working with moms to better understand their children, moments of trauma and the importance of play.

As well reminds all of us to lesson stress, keep open minds and approach our children with deeper understanding.

She and her community in Beirut have been through this Covid 19 madness many of us are making our ways through. As well add in a dash of revolution and tragic bombing and even more uncertainty and time with kids out of school.. and you have a lot of families in distress.

Her main focus is trauma and she is very present, aware and a lovely soul I’ve had the honor to grow with.
