SO much in this episode! We really kick into action, mid-thought as we start the podcast, this week!

At the time of this recording Halloween was on the horizon.. We talk about how we manage and as well All Saints Day rituals that we’ve done since Czech.

And, as well.. pre-election thoughts..:):) in brief..

Loss, politics, family, community, creativity and appreciation.

Miscarriages..the unspoken topic..and.. how questioning what is right for your family , for you..effects pregnancies.

The judging and questions around why other people/parents are or aren’t having or having another child.

How your partner balances moments of tension.

The current atmosphere and how your kids sometimes react in unexpected ways with unexpected needs, demands and feelings.

Imperfect creation with kids.. letting things be different than we think they “should be”. Exhaling into the fun of imperfection.  Encouraging confidence through allowing things beyond “the norm”.  Holding back your perfection for kids sake.

Noticing how we control more.. when things are out of control..

Wouldn’t it be great to be in the unknown and be excited, instead of stressed?!

How can you work with stress differently? and, ripple it out to others around....

What about just being in the moment, enjoying what’s there.

And, sleep people, sleep....

And.. let people know how much you love them, miss them and appreciate them!!
