Matt brings nearly 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition to the table, across ANZ. He’s the founder of scalr (scalr.com.au), a consultancy that assists start-ups and scale-ups in their growth phase.
Matt's expertise is grounded in the core areas of strategy, operations, and optimisation, aligning talent acquisition with business objectives to develop effective and scalable TA functions.
Beyond his work at scalr, Matt also initiated the Melbourne Talent Meetup in 2016, the largest such group in Australia with over 2,000 members.
