The Paris Central Division has dismissed a revocation action brought by Meril Life Sciences against EP 4 141 181 (the Patent) owned by Edwards Lifesciences Corporation, but upheld Edwards’ counterclaim that the Patent was infringed by Meril’s ‘Octacor’ and ‘Octapro’ systems.
