In this episode how we can build our toolkit for when things don't go to plan, we get bad news or things just go to sh*t.
It isn't easy to turn the situation around and not dwell on the negative, but having better tools in our toolkit to draw on will help to alleviate some of the negativity and create a quicker change of mindset than just consistently trying one thing that doesn't always work, which is what I had been doing.
