A healthcare professional, Delegate Hamilton has a mission to improve Black maternal health outcomes, particularly in rural regions. She digs in to what's on her agenda for 2026--including her ongoing advocacy to pass the CROWN Act statewide-- and the "Kitchen Table" listening tour that her and her colleagues have embarked on to redefine the town hall and bring lawmakers directly to the people.
