Speak, Mother | Soul-Led Entrepreneurship for Mothers
Speak, Mother is a podcast for soul-led mother entrepreneurs who are done choosing between their business, their children, and their magic.
You believe in Human Design, astrology, intuition, and energy work, and you also want to build a profitable, purposeful business. You're not here for bro-culture business advice or hustle-at-all-costs strategies. You're here to do it your way: spiritually grounded, unapologetically ambitious, and fully present as a mother.
This podcast is for you if you're asking:
1. How do I build a business that honors my spirituality and my role as a mother?
2. Why does conventional business advice feel so misaligned for me as a spiritual entrepreneur?
3. How do I trust my intuition in my business without second-guessing myself?
4. How do I grow a soul-led business without burning out or abandoning my values?
5. What does success look like for a spiritual mother entrepreneur who refuses to hustle?
6. How do I integrate my spiritual practice of Human Design, astrology, or energy work into the way I run my business?
7. How do I mother with intention while also showing up fully for my business?
8. How do I build a legacy I'm proud of without sacrificing what matters most?
9. How do I find community with other spiritual women entrepreneurs who get it?
10. How do I stop shrinking my spirituality to make my business more "professional"?
Each week, host Shannon Warner — podcast strategist, soul-led entrepreneur, and mother — brings you real conversations with women who are building businesses rooted in intuition, intention, and truth. From Human Design and aligned strategy to spiritual entrepreneurship and conscious motherhood, these are the conversations the mainstream business world isn't having.
Topics include: spiritual entrepreneurship, soul-led business, mother entrepreneur, intuitive business strategy, Human Design for entrepreneurs, conscious motherhood, women's business podcast, spiritual women in business, aligned business strategy, woo-woo entrepreneur, sacred motherhood, mindful entrepreneurship, business and spirituality, feminine business strategy, and motherhood and entrepreneurship.
Speak, Mother is for the mother who knows her magic is not separate from her business. It is the business.

Why Mothers Lose Their Identity After Baby (And How to Find Yourself Again) | Sarah Schafer
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Sarah is a teacher turned coach for mothers who, after her own journey through postpartum depression and anxiety, is now a coach with a passion for helping mamas find their identity after baby. Our work is so aligned and this conversation is so important for mamas to be, new mamas, and experienced mamas alike to hear. I hope you enjoy the episode.
Here are this week’s key takeaways:
- Admitting that we’re struggling to ourselves is the first step.
- When you find that you’re struggling, ask for help in any way. People want to help. Start with small requests and work your way up to bigger asks if you have to. Keep track of what you need so if someone asks, you’re prepared with responses.
- The idea of purpose for moms is so heavy. There doesn’t have to be ONE thing. Living your life doing what you enjoy is living in your purpose.
- It is okay to set things down that no longer serve you. Beliefs, relationships, career goals, if it doesn’t light you up, let it go.
- When it comes to hobbies, find something that lights you up inside. It doesn’t have to go anywhere, you can do an activity just for the sake of doing it. When figuring out what you want to do, ask yourself what did you want to do as a kid that you had to set down, or have you always wanted to do but have never been able to do?
- Friends, if you’ve been listening you’ve heard this recurring theme of meditation. If you’re not meditating, please find a form that resonates with you and give it a try. Take the time to just be and exist.
- There is so much growth in motherhood, and although parts of it do, in fact, suck, the woman you will become is so amazing.
- You’re doing a good job. Even if it’s not to your standard, you’re trying. You’re doing a good job.
