Having a Mom Moment
This used to be a podcast for moms.
Now it’s a podcast for the woman motherhood woke up.
Hosted by Shannon Warner, Having a Mom Moment is a reclamation—not a resource.
We’re not here for tips, hacks, or “how to do it all.”
We’re here for the unspoken truths.
For the burnouts behind the Pinterest boards.
For the women asking, “Who the hell am I now?”
This isn’t about parenting. It’s about what motherhood unearthed in you.
Come for the rage, stay for the reclamation.
You don’t need a plan. You need a moment. This one’s yours.

About Sarah:
Sarah is a mother to four children and resides on a farm in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. She has a B.A. in Philosophy and an International Montessori Degree in Infant and Toddler Development.
