“The Rich Man and Lazarus: A Tale of Two Destinies" (Luke 16:19-31) February 02, 2025
We arrive at the back half of Luke 16, where Jesus speaks on the parable of the rich man and Lazarus. He speaks about it because the Pharisees had an issue with Jesus' teaching prior about the use of money. So this parable was given in response to the Pharisees' response to Jesus. Jesus has a harsh warning to all of us - that at the end of life there are only two eternal places that we go to - Heaven or Hell. Are you sure and are you certain of your eternal destiny?
