SPEAKER_00:

Welcome to another episode of Uploaded Unfiltered, the podcast in which I, your host Jermaine, talks about the mindset and the things that go with content creation that we usually don't talk about. Today's going to be a short one because I am tired and I want to be fully transparent in saying that not that I hit a wall, but I did not fully prepare for this week's episode. I've just been feeling I don't know, off for the lack of a better word. Because I do a lot of mindset stuff, because I do a lot of coaching, I know that it's just a feeling. My mind is trying to keep me safe from something. What that something is, I don't know. But I was close to not recording this episode. I knew that streak is strong. I can't I can't let that streak go. So I was like, let me at least get on here and talk for a couple minutes and encourage everyone out there. Yes, there are gonna be times where you hit a wall and you're gonna feel like not doing it, and takes a lot of courage and a lot of strength to push past that and do the content anyway. My goal for this podcast was to keep a streak and keep it until the podcast was done and have no reason to not record a podcast right now. I have a few videos I need to edit, but for the most part, everything that I've set up as far as my systems go are working. They are in a line and they are doing what I need them to do. All I need to do is do my part, which is get in front of this microphone and talk for a little bit. So this month, uh December, I will be doing a content reset um extravaganza. I am going to be focusing my content on explaining how our mind really works. Fundamentals, very basic, because I do think once people know and understand that our mind is there to keep us safe, and that some of the things that show up in our life as symptoms are our mind working as intended. The way to fix this is to update the old code that our mind is utilizing to alert us of these things that it thinks that we are in danger from. For instance, showing up and talking about something that you're passionate about in a public manner could feel scary, unsafe to some people, and our minds will assist us in avoiding that thing that has us at unease. And it all depends on how you're thinking about it. Like thoughts are amazing, thoughts are not the enemy here. The thinking that comes along with the thoughts, what are you thinking about when you that thought occurs is where our downfall is or our triumph, depending on who you are, but it's all comes down to mindset. It all comes down to and when I say mindset, a lot of people think it's the thoughts you think. No, our mindset is not just the things that we think on a daily basis, but rather how our subconscious is actually interacting with those thoughts, using that old data to construct a plan to keep us safe. It's crazy, it's wild. But once you understand it, you can start manipulating your subconscious mind or your unconscious mind to assist you in achieving goals. So that's why this month I'm gonna be doing a 20% off all of my services, whether it be a one-off session or a two-week endeavor, or you just feel like goal planning. My goal is to assist anyone who wants that help, who is ready and courage, courageous enough to take that first step into admitting, hey, this is how I feel, I don't want to feel like this anymore. How do we fix this? So, with that, again, I said I was gonna keep this short. I really I'm just gonna bang out this edit, edit the video that I need to have live for tomorrow, and then I think I'm just gonna zone out and go to sleep. Thank you for listening. And if you ever had the dream or the idea or the thought to start creating content, if it was something that you felt like you needed to get off your chest, something you wanted to help, or something you want to share with the world, and that feeling is valid. Everything that comes up after that that doesn't help you get towards that goal is noise. And it's on us to filter that noise out so we can continue to pursue what we want. Simple as that. You never know what you are capable of doing, you never know how high you're able to climb if you don't start climbing, if you don't start doing. I think one of the biggest mishaps or sadness in this world is people who have a dream and don't pursue it. That's a waste, it's a waste of energy because you're gonna continue to want it, but if you don't continue to go for it, then your mind's gonna be fucking with you. And I think we owe it to ourselves that if we have something that we want to do, if we have some grand plan that we want to achieve, that we want to go after, then we need to figure out how to go about it safely and with as much energy as we possibly can. And one way to tackle these goals with energy is to fully understand how our mind works, fully, for our best of our ability, choose the thoughts that we think, and then when adversity shows up, when a setback shows up, look at it as an opportunity to learn, to pivot, and to grow stronger. Like when it comes down to it, there is no one on this planet who has attempted something and hasn't failed first. There's no great people or great sports players or great business people who have not failed numerous times to get where they're at. You have to hone your skills, you need to practice your skills, you have to you need to throw up as many shots as possible. The more shots you throw up, the quicker you're gonna get to your goal. The faster you fail, the faster that you're gonna achieve what you want out of the line. And I fully believe that. I no longer look at failure as something to be ashamed of or something to all people out on. Failure is the experience that we need to achieve something amazing, something great. So with that knowledge, go out there and fail as fast as possible. Stop being scared to get in front of the camera. Stop being scared to share your ideas with the world, because yes, there'll be people out there who will want to judge you, who will want to criticize you. But those are not your people. Those are not the people you create content for, those are not the people that you are doing this for. So why let their opinion stop you from achieving what you want? It's really that simple. Other than that, I appreciate you. Thank you for listening, and as always, protect your mental, keep creating content, and I'll see you in the next one. Peace.
