In this episode with Assoc Prof Shefaly Shorey from the Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Studies shares how parents, especially new ones, can be supported in this phase of their lives.  

Assoc Prof Shorey’s research focuses on family health, where she designs and develops psychosocial and educational interventions for new parents, women, and children.  Here, she sheds more light on the intervention programmes that she has developed over the past decade, and how technology now plays a part in these initiatives.
