The Maggie Williams Podcast
Maggie Williams is the host of The Maggie Williams Podcast, the number one female-hosted hunting podcast in the United States. A former Miss Arkansas Teen USA, Maggie has since traded stage lights for a lifetime of watching the sun rise through the trees. Her passion for storytelling and the outdoors has made her one of the most recognizable voices in modern waterfowl culture. A devoted duck and turkey hunter, Maggie travels the country chasing adventure while sharing a message that encourages women to step confidently into God’s creation.
Rooted in her Christian faith and a deep respect for tradition, the fourth-generation duck hunter has dedicated her life to advocating for female involvement in hunting, conservation, and outdoor heritage. Whether behind a microphone or in a duck blind, Maggie celebrates the people, places, and grit that define America’s sporting way of life.
As a writer and author, Maggie approaches each conversation with intention and curiosity, drawing out stories that deserve to be told. Her podcast features hunters, conservationists, outdoorsmen and women, and cultural voices whose experiences carry meaning beyond the hunt and harvest. Through honest dialogue and thoughtful storytelling, she preserves the lessons, values, and faith found in a life lived outdoors—amplifying voices that tell the story of the American outdoors.

Ep 5- Gail Camp "The Blueprint for Women in Waterfowl"
#TheMaggieWilliamsPodcast Episode 5 is one for the history books. Joined by my cohosts, Brittany Moery and Heather Hamm we spoke with Ms. Gail Camp, Legend of the Outdoors and Duck Calling Champion. This interview is sure to tug at your heartstrings. Still sharp as a tack at 98 years old, Ms. Gail recalls the historic, prosperous days of Arkansas duck hunting and shares her stories as a trailblazer for women in waterfowl. A woman after my own heart, she loves nothing more than hunting over golden retrievers. Her passion for the breed was so evident that upon meeting Kate, Ms. Gail’s eyes filled with tears. As you can imagine, a golden tail wagged at her feet during our time together. After our interview, we went to the backyard to work Kate. Ms. Gail even stepped back into her handler shoes to send Kate on a retrieve herself. An inspiration to us all and the last of a dying breed, Ms. Gail Camp is the textbook definition of an icon. She truly paved the way for every ponytail in the woods. I’m forever thankful for the legacy she has left on Arkansas duck hunting and the impact she has made for women in the outdoors.
