It took leaving a depolarizing marriage and facing my reality head-on to realize that past trauma and wounding were holding me back. I sought coaches and spiritual mentors only to find the “awakened” thought leaders of the time were mostly men and had a very masculine approach to healing.This didn’t feel right to me. "
