Welcome to Grown Up, we are Ella & Georgia, 30-Something sisters.
We've always enjoyed our long phone calls, and when, in 2023, we both realised we had entered our growth era, we decided we would start to share, in realtime, our profound wisdom (& humility) with the aim of helping others who are navigating their own awakenings.
Using and celebrating both scientific and spiritual methods we are curating our toolkits in order to deconstruct, balance, and re-build to meet ourselves and the world on a new level, a better level.
Like, a MUCH better level.

Join us for Episode 11 of Grow Up, today we are tackling a topic that is fundamental to healthy relationships and personal well-being - Boundaries. As life-long people pleasers this is a concept we have both struggled with and subconsciously used to keep ourselves liked and thus 'safe from rejection'.
