from 1918 to 1919 the city of new Orland's Louisiana was terrorized by a serial killer who would murder people in there homes using a weapon he found on the property, most times an axe. Coining him the name The Axe Murderer Of New Orland's.
over that time he claimed the lives of the following victims.
This crime has never been solved.
