Today I'm going to talk about stop posting to be seen. Right, start moving in your mission. Like moving, moving forward. Because what I find that so many people share is that, helene, I am showing up, I'm posting, whether consistently, inconsistently, right, but they are showing up and they're like what's going on, right? Surely my mission should be moving, greater than it is, and I want you, I want to speak to that today, right, I don't want you to feel lost within posting Right, within the business strategy of playing the algorithm and social media game. Right, in terms of I posted today, is it the right thing? Did I say the right thing? Why isn't anything happening? How many people have liked? Has it been shared? Right, all of those things. So, if you have been in that space, right, trust me, you're not alone, because I've heard so many people talk about this, right, but the shift that really needs to happen isn't posting more, right, it isn't even really around like scrutinizing your actual posts, right? We've got to look beyond that and I really encourage people to really look and focus in as to what exactly is the mission right, and how do you really show up from a mission-driven place so that you are seen right? So how do you really show up from a mission driven place so that you are seen right, so that you are heard, so that you are found right? And so I want to talk about that, yeah, on, how do you shift from being in this posting strategy, way of like, how do I really move my mission forward in a bigger way? I am posting, but not much is happening, literally.

Speaker 1:

Earlier today, I was on a call with somebody who was sharing just that right, who booked in for a business audit with me and was saying you know, I show up, I show up daily, right, and nothing much is happening. Right, I get maybe one or two people trickling to my services, but it's not me serving at the level that I really know I'm called to serve at and what needs to change. And so I was speaking with her about that this morning. I want to speak with you about it today. Right, because I want to shift you from just being about visibility to actually shift it into what it takes to create a real movement. Right, and so when we think about posting every day, right, when we think about posting every day and yet still feeling invisible, right At the level that you know you're meant to be visible, at right, you're like God has called me forward on this mission, not to make a trickling impact.

Speaker 1:

Right, and I want to connect with the right people. I want my soul aligned, amazing clients to find me. Right, and I'm showing up, but I'm not being seen. Right, what happens? And firstly, I want to tell you and really get clear and across that being seen is not the same as being found by people that you are meant to serve. Yeah, being seen is not the same as being found by the people that you are called to serve. Right, and so, if you really shift that actually from I need to be seen, I need to be seen, and so I'm just posting to recognize and actually my people are out there and they exist already. Where are my people and how do I be of service to them today? Right, it shifts, shifts the game. Yeah and so, if you are being visible without true audience connection, right, if you are being visible without true audience connection, you might as well just be shouting with a tannoy in the middle of Oxford Street, london, right, you know? And just trying to shout your message from the rooftops, hoping that people will just stop and listen and be like, oh yeah, that makes sense. Right, that's not a real strategy to moving your movement forward. Right and so, when you shift into this space, that I'm saying be mission led. Right.

When I talk about the 4B marketing framework, I talk about the 4B sales framework, those frameworks I teach within the academy, and if you've ever been on a business workshop with me, you'll know that I speak of these frameworks. Right, both frameworks start with the number one principle is be mission led. Right. Who am I being called to serve? Right, and how do I show up for them today? Right, and that requires true, authentic connection, not just whipping up a post and throwing it out there with some hashtags or maybe sharing it into your stories or whatever that might be right, doing a oh my gosh, one of those pod things of like, sharing it with your friends and family and saying, like my stuff, right, like, but actually really being mission led, really thinking about, actually, these are the people I'm called to help to shift, to change lives, to transform. Right, these are the challenges they got. This is the journey I want to take them on. Right, these are the challenges they got. This is the journey I want to take them on.

Speaker 1:

Where are those people? You know, where are those people? Rather than getting into this game of like engagement metrics, right of like, ah, you know, I put a post up and then checking it multiple times a day of how it's doing. Right, is it connecting? Who's it called in? Right, what's happening? But actually, you energetically put yourself in the in, in the space. Right of being, like, do you know what? My people are here and I need to show up for them today, right, um, and so you are moving in service and not moving in validation. Yeah, you know, sometimes people say to me like, how do I find my people? Like, you say, like, where are my people? Just show up to them. Your people are there to be found. They're hanging out somewhere. Right, and you should know about your audience, right, who are you here to help? Yeah, where do they go? Where do they hang out? What do they read? What do they listen to? Where are they?

Speaker 1:

If you're doing things organically, which is what I'm talking about today, right, I teach people things around organic and I teach people methods around paid advertising right. But if you are using your time to get in front of people and let them understand about your mission, your movement, your business, how you can help, how you can transform, right, it's important for you to recognize where these people are and not just feel like you're going to just create your own platform on Instagram, facebook, whatever, and that's just going to be enough to just kind of post there. Right, how are you even leading people there? How do they even know you're there? Right, are you trying to get into the viral game? Right? Like, oh yeah, you know, I'll just get one video that will go viral and then I'll get another one that will go viral and that's how I'm going to catch it. Right, then you're playing into the games of this algorithm game rather than actually playing the game of your mission that God served you in of like, do you know what? I'm here to help these people? Where are they? Let me go and talk to them, let me go and share something with them that's so valuable, where I actually help people. I actually help them there and they actually become aware of my brand.

Speaker 1:

Right, you give them a taste of your brand by being in front of your people. Yeah, you know, like if I was to think about, you know, I think about, like Victoria Station in London. Right, I know, not all of you, my listeners are in the UK, yeah, but you can all imagine London, uk, right, it's a busy place and there's a quite central station, victoria Station, which I used to pass through lots of times and going to work and all sorts of things. And sometimes new brands would set themselves up in Victoria Station to give people a sample of actually what their brand is. Right, a free taster. So they're like, actually I've got a brand that's business consumer.

Speaker 1:

Maybe I've come up with a new packet of crisps, I don't know right, but I'm going to bring my crisps to Victorian Station, where there is footfall, where there is people moving through, and I'm going to hand them these crisps. Right, and maybe I'm going to hand them a crisp with like information on how they can get more of these crisps, and they're going to be able to taste this crisp and I know I believe so much in these crisps that I created that. They're going to taste these crisps and they're going to be like I need to get more of these. Right, but I put myself in a position where I'm in front of the people. Yeah, and that's what you want to do.

Speaker 1:

You want to be thinking about who are my people, where are they and how can I be of service to them. And if you were able to put yourself in front of the people, not just put yourself on like a social media platform, right, without I'm talking about free metrics, free ways of advertising here, right, not just put yourself and promote yourself on a platform, and there's nothing wrong with that, right, but it's the way in which you strategically think about things in your business. It's not enough to just open up a platform and then just post each day with no real strategic thought around it on how it's getting in front of the people, right. And so if you really just slow down to speed up by slowing down and asking yourself that most important question of if I'm on mission, where are my people and how can I get in front of them and be of service today. If you did that every day, right, every day, you would have real movement in your mission, right. And then, as your mission moved forward, right as your business scaled, you were able to then create even more ways to amplify that through paid traffic, through paid advertising Incredible, okay.

Speaker 1:

So I want you to kind of shift yourself from being in this place of performing online right of like, how do I dance for the algorithm? Do you know what I mean? Right like, how do I show up and get the likes right, but actually move into this space where I'm showing up daily for my mission. That's what I'm showing up for, and when I show up daily for my mission, that's what I'm showing up for. And when I show up daily for my mission, that is just magnetic in itself, that drives energy in itself, and you know what moves people and moves money and moves everything that you are looking to scale is energy right, is magnetism, and that comes through your mission and when you're on mission, that will connect in your message, that will connect in your movement, right, and so it's really, really recognizing that you're going to shift into that place. Yeah, so that's the real hack, right, that's the real hack of moving forward your mission. It's not getting into the algorithm shift, which is going to move again at some point, right, but your mission, your mission is aligned and your mission is now and you know your mission, okay, and so true growth comes from operating around your calling, around your mission, not around your content calendar.
