Today on reclaim your voice we are going to talk about love. Loving yourself enough to speak your truth. Why don’t we love ourselves? Why do we seek love through the approval of others? 

Reclaim your Voice is a podcast devoted to empowering you to find your voice, awakening from the prison within and shedding toxic beliefs to find your true authentic self. 

 This podcast is not about folding onto the stories that we have told ourselves and holding on to narratives that keep us small clinging to invisible boundaries, but to empower us walk into and embody our truth, change our realities to become in alignment with our dreams.

Each podcast will leave you with key take aways that you can implement into your daily life, and begin the process to living your truth.

What is the story I am telling myself? Can I provide evidence to a jury to support my belief?

Loving myself - remember who you are, your values, your skills, your faults. Love all of you.

What are my values….. (remember these during difficult moments, what are my values, what do I stand for) 

What am I afraid? Should that stop me? Why?

Remember: I’ve got this, and do this any ways

Call to Action:

1. Write down your values, what do you stand for?  Once you've written this out, condense it down to 2 sentence that you can recall when needed and share with others.
2. Begin to journal about the stories you're telling yourself about who you are
3. What's stopping me from taking that next step and are my fears valid (can you prove it to jury?)
