I've received loads of beautiful and at times, heartbreaking messages from men who resonate with the herpes virus or something else they feel shame and stigma around and it got me thinking....there's more of us than ever talking openly about our own herpes stories but we mainly seem to be women.
With that in mind, I wanted to get on the beautiful soul Courtney Brame who is one of the only men I know who is an incredible advocate in the herpes space. In this episode, Courtney shares his experience of being a man with HSV.
