The mind sure does unexpectedly wander from time to time but at least its consistent in that, so if your here listening after visiting some previous episodes then i thank you for your consistency or perhaps your new here in which case here is a new opportunity to be consistent at something so whilst we are all being consistent lets starts wandering

- Taoism/Daoism
- combing natural ability and discipline
- Wanting to be a Samurai
- Haikus
- Becoming a mindful warrior
- Sip on some water now and then
- Always room for a tune ....
Would love to come back to some of these topics again when i'm a lot more settled in here but right now i'm just pressing record and uploading what ever comes out otherwise id forever be trying to make it "Perfect".
