Black Round Table: Unlocking the G-Code
The first installment of an extraordinary series delving into the G-Code – a powerful framework of 16 principles designed to elevate Black excellence and community building. Victorious El Allah joins us to unpack the first eight points of this transformative code, beginning with "Security of the First World" – the foundation of securing one's ideals through integrity and inner listening.
Through rich, experiential wisdom gained over decades of consciousness work, Victorious illuminates how these principles manifest in real-life scenarios. He explains how "The Conversation" principle reveals that our words and energy either attract or repel others, while "Cooperation" emphasizes the power of collective work among those sharing original ideals. We explore "Diplomacy" as the appreciation of diverse cultures and "Black Steel Nerve" as emotional resilience in the face of challenges.
The discussion takes fascinating turns as Victorious shares personal stories that demonstrate these principles in action – from de-escalating dangerous situations through presence alone to applying "Ready for Whatever" and martial arts principles in physical confrontations. Throughout, he connects ancient wisdom with practical application, offering insights into what he calls "mashmatics" and later "magmatics" – evolutionary stages of understanding and implementing these powerful concepts.
What emerges is a blueprint not just for individual development but for community transformation. The Black Round Table, as Victorious explains, creates a space where "thoroughbreds" can pool their ideals, energy, and resources without the limitations of ego that plague many organizations. This episode serves as both introduction and invitation to a higher standard of excellence, consciousness, and cooperation.

peace to everybody. Peace to that. That one viewer that's in the chat. I really appreciate you. It's one viewer, I don't care. You know the point is to get the message across. People will see it later.
Speaker 1:I don't really care a whole lot about views so much and the reason I don't is because it's really about the brand and the people on the brand, what I call the talent piece piece, the people who we interview, which I call the talent, and making sure they get their message across and promote their business or businesses. And behind the scenes we make moves. You know what I mean and hopefully this platform could help people coming on the platform to build and build their businesses, build their, their, their, their ideas, whatever they. Whatever's going on with people coming on the podcast um is is more important to me that they all get what they need, um being affiliated with this podcast, and that's goes for promotion um or galvanizing people to come underneath their idea, idea or ideology, which is one of them, I would say BRT Black Roundtable. I want the brother Victorious LLR to explain the Black Roundtable and then we're going to go into G Cole.
Speaker 2:Peace and blessings. Lord, thank you for inviting me to your show. I like it. I've been watching it. Different perspectives of everybody involved in the whole Black community at large. It's becoming more magnetic.
Speaker 2:So, we're working it. Black Roundtable, basically, is where all the leaders, teachers and guides end up. It's a community for the generals, the leaders of the most dissatisfied within most groups or organizations, where they see that nothing's moving Basically like minds, breaking down the stereotypical. The devil's iron fist is separation. He does separation and division Until we work collectively. So we're the ones who are willing to work collectively.
Speaker 1:Right. So we're the ones who are willing to work effectively right now, now, before before you continue, uh, if you could find a place where you know your mic, because the mic it's like, it's like wind blowing and everything like that. Oh, okay, it's windy. Yeah, it's windy, so you know the public can hear that. Thank you for whoever's's checking us out right now. The 10 viewers Really appreciate y'all. Today we're talking about the G Code, but right now I'm having a brother.
Speaker 1:Victorious Islam. Honest to the Prophet Noble Jew Ali yes, yes, yes, yes. Honest to the Prophet Noble Jew Ali. Honest to the Prophet Noble Jew Ali. Allah Farad WD Farad. Who else? Elijah Muhammad? Honest to Prophet Nobuja Ali. Allah Farrad WD Farrad. Who else? Elijah Muhammad? Malcolm Haile Selassie, all of the leaders, all of the leaders that came before us, all of the leaders that came before us. But right now we're waiting on the brother Victorious L to find a spot where you know there's wind so y'all can hear exactly what he has to say, because what he has to say is important. God, what's your physical degree? Just to let people know who we're talking to.
Speaker 2:My physical degree is 57. I'll be 58 in a couple weeks, april 17th. I was born in 1967, which is when the age of Aquarius actually was ushered in. We broke through Pisces, the age of Aquarius, the age of information. So my generation is a generation that we were the first ones to stand up. We created hip hop. We rebelled. We didn't do it because we was just bad. We came here to rebel against falsehoods. So I was born to do this work. I'll be 60 soon 60 is equality and I'll be, you know, an elder. So now that I know that I'm, I've evolved into an eldership. I'm still here. I'm still around here in the physical.
Speaker 2:I just want to leave all the things that I've got with the right people. So I created the roundtable because it's a place where people who are serious show up to do the work Right. It's people who bring ideals, energy, resources, who aren't complainers. You can't infiltrate the round table because we can screen them thoroughly. So it's a place for thoroughbreds to come and add on man and fill their home. It's a place that the book of Revelation is called the Great White Brotherhood. Many metaphysical groups is called the Great White Brotherhood. Many metaphysical groups call it the Great White Brotherhood, the people who actually govern the universe, people from all different schools of thought, walks of life. But we convene, so we're creating the 24 scientists here in America right or leaders, teachers or guides to come among our people, to come and the best knowers so that we can move forward and accomplish some of our goals, which are attainable. But people are dissatisfied because they're signing up for these groups and getting involved in this and they get stagnated.
Speaker 2:Not many brothers and sisters I've met over the course of teaching this knowledge and dealing with this for over understanding power years, 35 years I've been conscious. Over half of my life Almost this half of it I've been conscious. I wasn't conscious when I it's half of it I've been conscious. I wasn't conscious when I was younger. I was deaf, deaf and blind, but I knew that I had a special calling in my life, so I was willing to figure out what it was. So in my early 20s I got this knowledge Through the course of traveling through the wilderness of North America and some parts of the world is that people are looking for a way of life. They're looking to fit in where they can feel it in their heart chakra, where they can feel it in their spirit.
Speaker 2:And what's lacking is some of the sciences that aren't mentioned in the lesson, some of God's rules and regulations that he used to teach the devil to master the original people. These are real high power sciences. We have to tap into that right. It's very important that we learn how to use our power. It's power, just what you say or cause. You know some. You got an indoctrination or some psychobabble. You didn't.
Speaker 2:Somebody else said it, what he said, what Noble Drew said, so what'd you say? People ain't in the first person. So the G-code basically takes us into authority. Through the G-code, you have authority to control. Through the G-code, you have authority, authoritative utterance through exceptional insight. Authoritative utterance means that your word is your bond. You can speak from your true self, from your first person, like the knowledge, the green, and knowledge, understanding and equality lesson.
Speaker 2:Who was my name is WF Muhammad. I don't say that, right? So the brothers got on me one day, right? This is this example how, within the nation of gods and earths, what I mean, in every group, how you give so much to it and you, but you become totally dissatisfied because you see that it's just, it's not moving, it's just, it's not right, it's just. It's just because you got a name in the street that ain't shit, man. Most of our people are suffering, bro, it's bad. So, uh-uh, it's not moving. So other groups I've met other brothers and sisters who are dissatisfied because it's not moving.
Speaker 2:So the G-code is certain principles, me included, that I'm trying to initiate and grow into stronger these principles. So I mastered these principles, the 16 principles Knowledge, equality. That gives you God power, but I'm familiar with these principles. So the G-code is 16 points or principles that we want to usher into the cipher so that everybody can have like lessons, like a blueprint, but it's principles. A principle is more powerful than what somebody else said or what somebody else wrote. A principle is something that's like a fact, a standard. We need a standard, a certain standard that qualifies or disqualifies you. The only one that can qualify a disqualified person is themselves. Right, there's no certain people that are selected for the round table. Come as you are, as you see how it's been manifested, it's a lot of brothers who are coming, but all these black men are scientists.
Speaker 2:I'm like really advanced God, and my job is hard, very hard, because I went to the darkest part of Babylon where the smartest devils are. And I got the jewels of jewels where they hid in the northwest corner In the Masonic Lodge. It talks about where the time of Biff was buried the northwest corner and I dug up the jewels and I've mastered these sciences and all these things they've hidden and utilized and I became adapted, became a master, just a master builder. We'll just use our signs. They call it other things, sorcerer magic there's a lot of names for it, but it's really wisdom. It's really using your own thoughts, projecting your own energy and your own force and being your own guiding light. You can't blame white people, no more. I made the devil. The devil is God's greatest servant. Right now he's weeding the garden. He's showing you who the fake ho-cheese are, all these weird-ass niggas who people been looking up to.
Speaker 2:Hold on, god. You said ho-cheese. Yes, sir, Magnetic. He dropped that on me the other day because I I showed him my. He drew, he built on eight degrees, I built on eight degrees, so he drew up his eight, I drew up my eight, and so at the end, let's give it up for ho-g's.
Speaker 1:I'm gonna start using that yes sir. So so let's let's talk about the eight, uh, the first eight points, right? So the the first point is security of the first world. All right, security of the first world. Security of the idea is integrity of the idea, security of the family, community, community and the nation. Knowledge is the lost found property of all civilized people. Pick it up wherever and whenever you find it. So, security of the first world. Can you explain that first point out of the 16 G-Codes?
Speaker 2:Okay, lord. Well, I'm going to speak to you directly. That way, once you got an understanding, you can make the understanding understood to your audience, because you're my brother, so I can deal with you and derail you. The first world, lord, is the security of the ideal. Is knowledge, is the ideal, the original ideal. So to secure it it means that you have to listen to it, you have to have the integrity to adhere it to your own consciousness, your own intuition. So security in the first world is first. You have to secure the ideal Before you can go out and teach anybody any knowledge or manifest anything or any of that stuff that people are doing to have a security ideal. Then they don't have. No, you look at the results, you can tell when people have security of the ideal, or they secure their thoughts and their ideals, they have mental, spiritual security because they're able to manifest them.
Speaker 1:Hold on, hold on, hold on, listen to what he's saying right now. So, securing the ideal, right, right so, securing the thought in your mind, right so, uh, um, whatever, let's say whatever teachings you have, right like, so let's say, if, uh, you come out of the five percent nation, um, making sure you're secure in that, that way of thinking, or or or those lessons. Is that what you're saying?
Speaker 2:Yes, sir, Well, first, as an individual, you have to secure the ideal by listening. Knowledge is to look, listen and observe. So, using our language, first you've got to look within and listen. These are spiritual powers. Knowledge is not tangible, it's intangible, it's infinite. It's not something you not tangible, it's intangible, it's infinite. It's not something you can grasp. It's experience. But the essence of knowledge is that it represents the original idea.
Speaker 2:What is an ideal? An ideal is the first thought that comes to mind, the first thought to tell us go this way. That's God, your higher self. Then you don't listen, you ignore it, you become the devil. That's what the screw in the ideal is. It's listening to God, listening to your higher self, tapping into your higher self. That's what integrity is.
Speaker 2:So when you do shit, when ain't nobody around, you're the same. You know, the brother Magnetic made me feel good the other day. He said, man, you do this when you're doing good or you're doing bad, or you've got this or you've got that. He said you're always teaching and you're always still doing it. He said everybody told me that, lord, I was like. That made me feel good, bro, that's the reward, that's one of your rewards, like man, somebody's observing. And that's why we came up with these calls, because it's something we've lived out.
Speaker 2:So security is something that's very important because when we secure the family, the community and the nation, we're working man and we're not really securing our nations. No group People are Israelites. Brothers get up going to work, everybody going to work for somebody else. I don't want to hear that stuff, bro. I work too, so I'm not knocking work, but I've been selling my own products and having my own business for 37 years, working in the community, man, self-sufficient. I don't got to work for the devil, but I chose to security because my community here needs security guards.
Speaker 2:Their presence is important Because this place is really bad. It's one of the darkest places in Babylon in America. The light shines the brightest in the darkest places. So basically, the G-code is first thing. It's the secure and ideal knowledge. That's the first thought that comes in your mind. Knowledge is what you read or get off of paper, it's. You don't need nothing, all you gotta do is close your eyes, your mind, it's within your mind. You can imagine it. That's unfolding it, conceiving it. You can birth it, because the triple days of darkness is this absence of the sun, moon and stars, which is darkness. That's your mind. You can incorporate that just by closing your eyes. You're in your mind, so your ideals start coming to you. That's the knowledge.
Speaker 1:Hold on. We got to pause because you can keep, because you can flow with it, you can flow with it, but we got to, you know, acknowledge when you drop in June. Now, now, let's go to this, because I know we could keep going on, and on, and on and on. And knowledge, because you know knowledge is infinite. Right? So now let's go into two. Or the wisdom, the conversation, the second point yeah, elders dropping heavy Jews? Of course he is. Two. Or the wisdom, the conversation, the second point yeah, elder's dropping heavy jewels. Of course he is. That's why he's up here. That's what we do, yo. So now the two, the conversation. When you open your mouth, your brain is on display. So think through your thoughts If you want your words to materialize as you imagine them.
Speaker 2:That's wisdom, god Conversation. If your conversation ain't up to par, nobody really gonna listen to you, even if you might say they lied. So conversation is energy, it's presence first, before you say anything. People gonna judge you based on how you look and how your energy. So conversation is energy, it's presence first, right Before you say anything. People are going to judge you based on how you look and how your energy you're projecting. That's cool. We are energetic beings, so your conversation is in your energy field first of all. So when you open up your mouth, you put your brain on display Right. People can identify exactly who you are, where you coming from, or whether you're attracting them or repelling them, right right so think through your thoughts, meaning, do the knowledge before you do the wisdom.
Speaker 2:And it's hard. I ain't gonna sit up here and say, well, I've mastered my emotions but I have control over them. Most people don't and a them. Most people don't and a lot of conscious people don't, but I'm still in the process of mastering them. But we have to learn to master our emotions. Now we won't be able to think through our thoughts.
Speaker 2:The emotion is the energy, the bioelectrical fields. It's not you try to shrink it into some weird concept so you can feel high and mighty. It's more to this than 120, or to the Bible, the Koran or the 100 questions that Noble Jurali gave them, or the questions and answers, the metta, metta. It's science and energy around it. Everything is energy. The universe is everything Sun, moon and stars so all these things have an effect upon your body and your mind and your emotions. So the electromagnetic field of the earth, your body, is the earth, asia. Your mind is the attic, so your body has a bioelectrical field too. It's your aura, and if you don't keep that healthy, you don't address that, that part of who you are, your true self.
Speaker 2:The conversation is like a snake or the grafted type, like most people. I can see them slithering. They may be trying to slide up on me. I just wait till they get close, then I off with their head. You know what I'm talking about. Lord, your conversation is either God or some other devil. Your conversation is either God or some other devil. It's energy.
Speaker 1:Hold on, hold on. We got to acknowledge when he's dropping juice. We got to do that For now on. I can't find my bombs, so we get the claps. Hold on, let me see some I don't want to bomb them, lord, I want to bomb claps.
Speaker 2:Hold on, let me see some. Let me see some. I don't want to bomb them, lord, I want to bomb them. This brother told me this years ago he said God, because I was hot power when I was young and now I was woo, they call me the heated hair taker.
Speaker 2:He said God, you don't want to bomb them out. He said you want to bomb them. I was like, oh, cracking my head with that one. So you know, my job is to heal people. God, keep it real with people, man. I didn't get all this information because I wanted to hide it, conceal it or feel high and mighty. They came and made me all kind of offers bro, like big time, big money, fly, thorough shit. And I said, no, man, I'm not forsaking the knowledge for the world. So I mean this, very few people that really mean this more than me in the wilderness of North America, one of the wisest scientists among the gods, because I did the knowledge to the energy field, the real science that we really should be here to implement as conscious people, science and technology of ourselves. So how can we advance ourselves and put ourselves back on top of civilization? By activating the devil's, sitting back laughing because he's like nigga, you're trying to blame me, but you won't look within. That's why Ya'aqoub came here. We sent Ya'aqoub to make a devil, to tell and show niggas what was in him, because they were in denial. Oh, we built this. We did that. We denial. Oh, we built this. We did that. We had Master Atlantis. We did this in command. We got it all figured. No, nigga, you message slipping.
Speaker 2:Some guy was abusing the women and the children. So Ya'aqoub was born out of dissatisfaction. His mother was done in by his father, who was a god. So Ya'aqoub he rejected Ya'aqoub. So Ya'aqoub was scorned and ridiculed and stuff by his own family and his mother. So he grew to hate his mother. He became embittered towards the woman and towards Allah, his father. He was manifested out of bitterness, resentment. So this was a feat that existed within the original people DNA. This was a feat that existed within the original people DNA. We got to get that shit out of us.
Speaker 3:God dropping wisdom in his city.
Speaker 1:Today's wisdom today's wisdom, his wisdom is flowing for sure. Yo hold on a second. Oh my bad, so real quick. So wow, oh right, let's go to the next one, cooperation. My bad, so real quick.
Speaker 2:So wow, all right, let's go to the next one, cooperation, so we might have to make this like a three, you know at least a two or three part demonstration, man. No, no, no, given the principles and not explain what it means, because the higher now Black Roundtable is a high standard. It's not just no group that you can just peace ain't no past, shalom ain't no. None of your weirdo stuff is going to get you into the Roundtable, but your energy.
Speaker 3:Energy is where it's at Energy, the inner God Energy. I love what you were saying. When God manifests in amongst men, it's like saying you can find the Christ when the lepers and the lame is at. If you look at the Bible, you know what I'm saying. Christ went amongst the lepers and the lame, the blind, Not amongst the rich and the kings. You know what I'm saying. It's the uplift Yo, but Mike real quick.
Speaker 1:I got to put you on to something. What's up, god Mag created a saying right, you know how you say OGs. Yeah, he says.
Speaker 3:OGs, ogs. There's a lot of OGs out here. There's a lot of OGs out here, yo, but anyway, let's go to the next one. I usually say oh, goats, jesus, yo, but anyway, let's go to the next one. I usually say old goats, man.
Speaker 2:When I was him I didn't say that, but I can identify where he's coming from, because a hoe is somebody who will sell their body. There's a lot of men, hoes too. People sell their looking. I ain't going to mention names, but there's some weird-ass shit going on. Man, there's some hoe shit. Right, hoe is a hoe. Weird-ass niggas are weird-ass niggas. Man Violation of the G-code is definitely shit is at an all-time high right now. So I'm coming to fix this shit. Bruh Exactly.
Speaker 1:Yo, so now let's go to the next one Cooperation to cooperate with other black ideas. Now, mores relax, mores relax on a black, more you know how mores are with the people who improve your quality of life to be civilly functional and useful to the community that you live in. If you are not cooperative as a nation, you will be subjugated to a nation that is.
Speaker 2:It's kind of self-explanatory Lord. Cooperation is rules of the nation Period, people who cooperate, rules of the nation Period. People who cooperate, they move things Because it's cooperation If you want to see Allah come together and work, collect unity, it's power and unity. So cooperation is a form of unity that can't be denied, because people are cooperating and working together. You know, and it's Black ideals, not just Black skin, but the original people.
Speaker 2:When I say Black, I'm speaking from Victoria's, el Allah's perspective. How I see it, I don't just talk, I'm not just talking about just Black people. Black means yellow, red, brown or you know, knowledge seed, wisdom seed, however you want to look at it. But it's 16 hues and shades to the original people, the planet Earth Eight brown and eight black. So that's why 16 principles to the G-Code. So black means all the original people of the planet earth. The devil was deemed white because he's absent of melanin, so, but he's still a part of him, the family of the planet earth.
Speaker 2:But when I say black, I'm not just saying and I'm not using a legal term that's used by the government, I'm talking about the original people. I try to get away from the English language sometimes because we get divided by the English language. We keep saying the same thing, have the same goals, but we're saying it in a way that's different. Black people got to start utilizing etymology, the origin of these words, so understanding what the word means. If not, people get it all twisted, man. You know A lot of times that be an excuse too for people to not work collectively. So the round table is going to expose all the funny stuff. They'll show you who's who in this.
Speaker 3:That's a fact, man. Let me tell you there's a lot of egos involved, man. Hold on, Ron's a lot of egos involved, man, Hold on Ron. A lot of egos separate us Because you got a lot of elders that don't want to get off that stage, the grand stage, forever. They want to grandstand and say I'm holding this position of power, so I don't want to hit a young brother out, and a lot of them let their titles get to their head. That's a problem.
Speaker 1:That's for sure. Now I want to answer.
Speaker 2:Can't hold it, God, you got to give it away. Oh geez, they told me when I was young. They said, man, the only way you could keep this justice, you got to give it away. I'm sorry.
Speaker 1:Right, right, right Now. Where is that quote from Kenan? Kenan, the quote comes from the 16 points of the G code brought to you by the black round table, and in that quote is the third one Cooperation, cooperation. All right, so now, now, now here's a question for you, right, cooperation, let's say if, all right, we are all in the black round table. Let's say, if I disagree with the direction the black round table is going, but I want to cooperate, right, I want to be a team player, but I disagree with the direction the team is going, how is that handled?
Speaker 2:Well, when we convene at the round table, it always work out in the best interest of everybody. That's what the round table is. It's results. It's not what people come with complaints or likes and dislikes, it's cooperation. We'll figure it out. We keep drawing it up into the original idea in the unformed matter. God's got to use the energy to draw the people up and it'll go in the unformed matter and dispel man. We'll dispel it from the cipher, run the devil from among us. It's just alchemy. It's a power and a gift we have. We learn how to utilize our forces. That make sense, lord, indeed.
Speaker 1:Now we're going to go to the fourth principle, or the fourth point, and that's diplomacy. Diplomacy to have an appreciation for other ways of life, not LGBTQ. This is against life. Diplomacy means you have a knowledge of a plethora of ways of life. It means that you see value in many ways of life amongst us Not all, but many. Diplomacy means that you are doing some form of exchange amongst our people regularly. Okay, that's the fourth point. Now, how do you see diplomacy, lord?
Speaker 2:Everybody can do something, but can't nobody do everything. So what you're doing is a service to somebody else's needs and what they're doing is a service that you need. That's what diplomacy is. You have an appreciation for other cultures, other people's way of life, like Chinese medicine. I have an appreciation for that right. Something I can add on to my cipher so it's kind of being diplomatic is when you can speak somebody else's language or you can.
Speaker 2:Diplomacy is like a, it's like a passport to go amongst the whole human planet, be welcomed and respected, like Master Muhammad or Noble Jew Ali, even Muhammad Ali Elijah. They went places and gained respect because they were diplomats. They had diplomacy Right. So when you have appreciation another people's way of life, you're impartial. This is very important. If you're not impartial then you're not really universal. Black Roundtable is universal, so I don't know what did not LGBTQ, this whole thing, whatever. This is Magnetics, one of his principles that he drew up, but I respect it. I don't think that diplomacy I won't use that to define that's a group of people that's not really tied into diplomacy.
Speaker 1:No, what he's saying is he's saying. That's exactly what he's saying. He's saying. He said basically appreciating other ways of life, not LGBTQ, because this is against life. So he's basically making it known that appreciating all walks of life except for that one.
Speaker 2:Okay, okay, I didn't want to say that, but you don't mind saying it, that's his idea. Because didn't want to say that, you don't mind saying it, that's his idea, because I'm going to go and vend at the gay parades and they're going to pay, whether they can or not. All their money is green man. I just had to start, that's it.
Speaker 1:Anyway, if y'all watching the podcast, keep watching.
Speaker 2:Oh yeah, It's's gonna get real man. Tap in um diplomacy means you have the knowledge of a plethora of ways of life. You know what the word plethora?
Speaker 1:means a plethora, means like a lot, like a many many right. Yeah, a many many right.
Speaker 3:Yeah, a many.
Speaker 1:what Assorted many all kind, all type, many ways of life. Basically, Yep Makes you universal right. Exactly, indeed, that's what diplomacy is about. Now, a part of having diplomacy is let's go back to it. It goes to all, go back, goes back to all three, almost basically. Uh, one, two, the conversation and cooperation will lead you to diplomacy. So one, so securing of the first world, your first mind, your conversation and cooperation will help you with diplomacy.
Speaker 3:Basically etiquette just having proper etiquette on how to deal with individuals.
Speaker 2:Your presence. Your presence makes you diplomatic Right now.
Speaker 1:Now let's go to the fifth one, the black still nerve. Black still nerve means to have thick skin, to be compassionate but not overly sensitive. A woman, to be a woman, must be sweet. By the same token, a man, to be considered a man, must be strong. Stop taking everything personal. He see is against the First Amendment. First amendment, right.
Speaker 1:So saying what you think how you feel it's, it's, it's permitted, um, as long as everyone around us has the black still nerve. Now I'm gonna just make this, make. Now, I hope this is not private. This is not private that I'm saying this. You know, mag, right? So Mag, I say this public because Mag is my man.
Speaker 1:So Mag said in a text one day I said I think I repeated something, because I didn't understand something he said. I said that, he said I said it twice, or something like that, or three times, or something like that. He said I said it a few times. And then, um, and I'm like, oh damn, but I didn't take it personally, because now, number one, I have that black still nerve. Number two, that's my brother. So I didn't take it personally, right. But then guess what he did, diplomacy, right. He came back and said he said, pardon me, brother, this, that and the third, this is what's going on. So that's why he came across like that at that moment in time. But I didn't take it. I didn't take it personally at all. But but the way he came back to reassure that we are you know what I'm saying on the even plane and we're good, I respect that. To me that's the G code, right there.
Speaker 3:Humility man, that's all it is.
Speaker 2:Well, we're going to get on each other sometime, lord, we're going to get on each other's nerves sometime. We're going to get on you want it as iron sharp, as iron man. So you know we're supposed get on each other's nerves sometimes. We're gonna get on you want it, as iron sharp, as iron man. So we, you know we're supposed to be like that. It ain't good or bad, it's just it works out in the end, cause you know it's coming from a place of love. So black steel nerve is kinda like the masculine energy, the force in us that most niggas run it from.
Speaker 2:That's why, they hold G's right exactly. It's the Y chromosome. It's Y equals self. Two plus five is God. So you're supposed to. God is man means mind, and God is your mind.
Speaker 3:Mm-hmm.
Speaker 2:So you don't use your mind, you lose your mind. So Black Steel Nerve is manhood and we got to mash. I call it mashmatics. See, at first I got mathematics when I was young. Then, through life, through experiencing the knowledge, I graduated into mathematics. Right, okay, this is G code. Then it evolved into no, pardon yourself, it was mathematics first. Then, in my understanding of cipher gears, I learned how to use mashmatics. That takes you far. Then, in my 40s, I learned how to use magmatics. So guess what I got in my power cipher gears. What's that?
Speaker 1:you said gasmatics, cashmatics, cashmatics, okay.
Speaker 3:I like that.
Speaker 1:I like that. I like how you deal with the wording, the way how you see fit and come up with your own lingo. That's what you call being original. That's the original man. Now let's go. Let's go into, um, uh, the equality six ready for whatever means, to always be on point, to be aware of your physical, around it surroundings, to be ready for a physical confrontation but still always seek to de-escalate.
Speaker 1:We want to be in a formation in which we can call upon someone when, in a time of this right here, is extremely important, uh, for me anyway, because, um, uh, I'm ready for whatever right, of course, right I train, everybody know that. But if I could de-escalate a situation before it happens, I'm pretty good with that.
Speaker 3:Violence is the last step. Violence only occurs when all communication breaks down.
Speaker 2:He said it. See, the whole thing with ready for whatever is that you can calm stuff down, you have poise. That's what Black Steel nerve is it's calm, it's smooth. Sometimes it slides in on you. Black steel nerve is it's calm, smooth, right. And sometimes it slides in on you like man. I need to check myself and tighten up.
Speaker 2:But ready for whatever it means that you fit man, that you're aware that you're a threat and that you have enemies, opposition. People want to do you bad and do you in, because if you represent those shit, they want to do you bad and do you in, because if you represent those shit, they want to do you bad and do you in. I was nothing until I got this knowledge. Then I seen how powerful I really was. I thought I was the man before. You know how you think we in the street, like they gave us the whole g-code. Let's keep it real, man. We all got the whole g-code right. So I thought I was. I was. It didn't work out. So it's what you think, god, it's what you think. So being ready is being steady, steady energy, like where I work at. I'm going to give you an example of what I mean by ready for whatever Steady, steady energy, like where I work at. I'll give you an example of what I mean by ready for whatever.
Speaker 2:So I work in a very dangerous place. Seattle is tucked into a very dark and dangerous city. Man, fentanyl and crime and murder is bad man. When I first came out here 30-something years ago like 1990, that was almost 40 years ago when I first came out here it was a cool spot man, the black families and a lot of jobs. It was a cool place to live. It's bad now. So a lot of places that I work are dangerous. They don't put nobody else there dangerous. They don't put nobody else there. The other guys there, they get ran off, get shot, killed, faded or they quit. And they all had guns and pepper spray and weapons and all kind of stuff. They still got faded.
Speaker 2:Me, I don't got no weapons. I don't got no pepper spray. I don't got no baton. I don't got no strap. I got one, but I don't bring it to work. I don't got no pepper spray. I don't got no baton. I don't got no strap. I got one, but I don't bring it to work. I don't use those types of tactics. So I'm ready for whatever, but what I've learned how to do is become a master of de-escalation. That's what the round table's job is To calm things down, to sort it all out. Man To smart, smart, intelligent people who have composure to come, and you know, because they have the refinement, you know that's the key, lord. Refinement is to have clarity exactly so.
Speaker 2:I'm down here in the concrete jungle but I my presence works, they told me last couple months ago. This brother told me that they lost the contract with the place. But I was working at this place where young black people were on fentanyl and trying all these new designer drugs, like when I was growing up. It was a crack right the 80s. I seen the crack come in and how it started. Back in the day all my partners shriveled up into dope things and where those where now it's young black people down here trying all these new designer drugs. So I saved a young black man's life in the alley right next to the building that I work in. He's old d and I'm for some kind of designer drug and the pompo was getting ready to lay him out because seattle, they lay you out, you talking that crazy drug-induced talk.
Speaker 2:One guy down the street from where I work. He took people hostage in the store right. Police came in and he had hostages and he was trying to negotiate. He told them he wanted some $200,000 or something and the police said that's how Seattle is, that's how real it is where I'm at. Police told him. They said let the lady go, drop your weapon. Today we are not at the booth to negotiate, so he didn't do the knowledge. So guess what Faded in? Just saying man, just energy and presence. Sometimes you can do escalate stuff and clean up the area. That's the real power of God, the real power of the round table, the brotherhood of light, energy and results, is that we can dispel and clean up the energy. Man. Right, that's kind of the responsibility of the energy man. Right, that's kind of the responsibility of the civilized person, the duty of the civilized man or the knower. Your job is to make things better.
Speaker 1:Right Now. God, I want to go. We have two more points to finish off the eight points Now. Physical refinement Every man and woman must be physically fit, study a form of fighting or master it. As black people, you need this one day. You don't need a sensei. I disagree, you need a coach. I disagree with that. I think you need a coach. I think you need a coach, whether it's a boxing coach or someone that knows how to fight better than you do to help you. You need somebody coach, whether it's a boxing coach or someone that knows how to fight better than you do to help you. You need somebody to train you. Yeah, so that's it. But it says here you don't need a sensei, but what you do need is the will and desire to consistently practice this physical refinement. This is also using the right soap, also eating the right foods and the right supplements. This will keep you black and shiny. Okay, got it.
Speaker 2:This is something that we practiced, me and him, specifically, for a number of years. God, we did the Tough man event here in 2003 or 2004,. And he couldn't get nobody to compete with him. So I was like you know, you can talk me into it Boxing. We ain't said nothing, man, I'm all just do it, right, they don't have a clue. So I was just going to get in there and have some fun. I'm thinking I'm going to get in there with the youngsters and have some fun. But they said design it to do us bad. But we went in there, but see, the whole time we was already training to stay in shape. We was using shea butter with essential oils. We were alchemists, so we would make these products that activated your spiritual and your physical powers.
Speaker 2:The Shabazz in the nigga Know who that is? He'll fade you quick, right, it's probably Shabazz, right? So? And we were turning our lessons regularly, we was on point man. So we went to the event, lord, and we had on our smart guy flames and our leather coats, with our briefcase with the lessons. We looked square. We had our smart guy frames on. We looked like two squares, right. So long story short man. You know the refinement probably was saying ready for you know the refinement, the party was there, ready for whatever, but the refinement was that we had composure and control.
Speaker 2:As soon as I got in the ring, they called my name first, right? So as soon as I got in the ring, I was all excited. They put on, I got the power. Do-do-do the gods, that's the gods of the earth, right? I was like oh oh, oh, no, it's a bad, stop, right. My higher self was like come on, man, nigga, calm down. So I got in the ring, something spoke to me. It said calm down, man. So I calmed down. I calmed down. It was something that we mastered, but it was a physical war against all the opposites. The police hated us because we faded the police here, because they violated Magnetic and another guy. They faded the police. They sued them. The police was there. They didn't like us. The community didn't like us.
Speaker 2:The Samoans and Black people at that time was at war. That nigga shit that they do between the original people, right, the light, bright motherfuckers that think they right or think they can use them to master us. You know how this shit go right, but whatever. So after I walked through the first fight with Samoan cause. He came across the ring man. He said come on, you, black motherfucker. He ran across the ring and threw some wild overhand rights and I just pivot, bam peace to my lord Right With like an eight piece Magnetic was like no God, they're going to disqualify you. He ran up to the ring. I could hear his voice so I stopped it right, right before I stopped myself right. So the first fight smash eight seconds, right. I was calm, it was like energy and it was like somebody else was inside of me.
Speaker 2:So I say that to say that our ancestors, who we really are when we open up to them, nothing can stop us, bro, nothing can stop you. You really are invincible, you really are god. I really want my people, the gods and the earths, the black men, the kings and the queens, us to really come into the fullness of our power. Man, because we've got it. But it takes a little more work than we're the last to catch on to a lot of these sciences, bro, and it's scary to us because it's something you can't play with, but a lot of us, they hear it from us, the Black church hear it. A lot of Black people are responsible for hiding a lot of things from their own people.
Speaker 1:So real quick now to go back into physical refinement. I always see you clean. I always see you clean. I never see you like with a scruffy beard. Is that a part of the whole 16 points? Is that something that you, you, you, you take into practice is a part of you?
Speaker 2:it's your culture, basically well, thank you, lord, the ladies like gray man. So what can I say? I'm just joking my wife she might be listening to this podcast, but it's. It's grooming man. I mean, I always took pride in just grooming. I said godliness, cleanliness is next to godliness. So your appearance is important, because if you take yourself your appearance, if you show people you love, you, care for yourself, what you say makes more sense. It's more appealing to them. If you're dusty and musty and crusty, you're talking to you. A lot of gods are dusty Like nah man. Nobody's going to listen to that. Dusty and Musty and Krusty talking to you. How a lot of gods are dusty like nah man, nobody's gonna listen to that, bro, cause you smell bad starts with your smell right.
Speaker 1:I want to say this Mike and I, when we did par, remember Mike that was like a thing like yo.
Speaker 1:This whole black round table is right along the lines of what we were doing before we started the podcast. But um, let's go to the next one, martial arts hand game. All right, that's number eight. This builds confidence and will. This helps us to conquer invisible psychological barriers, also physical ones as well. This is equivalent to immune system, only it is exterior. Okay, now for martial arts hand game. For me is really. It's not really exterior, it's really here first and then it manifests. So if you know anything about martial arts boxing, you know it's a smart man's game. Like combat is a smart man's game, especially something like boxing, even MMA. You know grappling, you know, because at any point you know the tables can really turn on you. I don't care how in shape you are and how skillful you are. If your IQ, if your IQ, your combat IQ, boxing IQ, isn't up to par someone else who has boxing IQ, combat IQ, higher than yours, you could be taken out. So it really starts in the mind as far as the hand game. But you want to build on that.
Speaker 2:Well, lord, it starts in the mind, but it also got to be in the heart, right, the confidence Martial arts is just staying ready. It's something that you have to master. It's a form of fighting or style that you've mastered, you can use to secure the idea because it's self-defense. So, first, law of nature, self-preservation. So it's all in the mind anyway, but, like you said, you hit it right on the nose. It starts with your state of mind. Um, hand game, I know, I know how God get down, how he think. So, yeah, man, you got to have be able to scrap, scrap it out, man, sometimes it goes down rather spontaneously. You know what I'm talking about. You got to fade somebody right, got to be first and you got to let them have it. You know, yeah, so you don't need a gun. A lot of times. If you really got handgun, you really can master an art or a skill. You ever heard of Denmark?
Speaker 1:Denmark yeah, of course.
Speaker 2:Okay, now we're talking. I ain't going to go into that, but I studied that Lord about. Let's see, it's been a good 25 years. That's what I mean. Science is like that, right right, it's kind of a higher science, but it's still martial arts. It's a fight, it's a style of fight. It's still considered hand game, right's still considered hand game, right yeah.
Speaker 3:Boxing is hand game.
Speaker 2:If you claw the person's eye out, it's hand game, but it's a quest. The art of war is to win without fighting. But there's no rules in war. So what I try to do, I don't encourage violence, I don't stand for violence. I think that when you grow up and mature, if you can't resolve your issues with your mouth, with your heart and with your intelligence, you're not really mature. So I don't really advocate violence. Not that I'm not nonviolent, I'm not violent. It's like I'm not anti-white or pro-black. God ain't no gangster. But there's some gangster in God. You don't want to meet it.
Speaker 1:How about that? Indeed, yo. On that note, thank you for coming out this evening. Victoria's llr, I really appreciate you, god. We're gonna come back with the g code again. Uh, not next week wednesday, but the following wednesday. So we're doing alternate wednesday, wednesdays with brt black round table. We're coming back to talk about the g code for a time. We have eight more points to discuss, among other things on this G-code. This G-code should be a series of five, I believe. I think it should be five series of this right here.
Speaker 3:It should be a gospel for our community.
Speaker 2:We're going to take it one step at a time. God, we're going to drop the first eight, then we'll drop the second eight, Then we'll find a show that kind of orientates them for this. This is for the conscious ear. Then we got to have the youngsters because they have a misconception of the G-code man. It's our responsibility to give them something higher to reach for. If not, then we're responsible.
Speaker 1:Right, indeed, indeed, indeed, indeed. Now, peace to everybody in the chat. Really appreciate y'all for tuning in this evening. We're out of here, g-code, brt and we are gone. Peace.
