How We Heal with Ryan Pink
We’re holding space for authentic conversations about healing from the hard things in our past and building resilience for our future. We discuss everything from ancient healing practices, culture, and spirituality, to personal stories of healing, and the newest technological applications and wellness practices. We’re all on a path to healing. And we all want to feel better and be more resilient to pain and trauma. We want to feel free, connected, and whole. Our fundamental belief is that our path to healing is momentously enhanced through shared wisdom, intentional presence (witnessing), sharing stories, and the support of others. In our “Stories of Healing” segment, guests share their personal healing journies. We find the common humanity buried like diamonds within these deeply human stories. They demonstrate how we can all serve as guides for each other, providing both practical insights and inspiration for our community. To help expand our understanding, Ryan speaks with friends of the community and today’s top healing guides about the philosophies and practices of influencers such as Gabor Maté, Thomas Hübl, Lisa Feldman Barrett, Bessel van der Kolk, Richard Schwartz, Peter Levine, and more. Join HopeGuide community founder Ryan Pink as he invites expert practitioners, changemakers, and everyday people to share their stories and wisdom to inspire a trauma-resilient society, where everyone has the support they need to heal.

Unleashing Energy Through Accessing Flow (Michelle Boule)
In this discussion, Michelle shares more about her history as a professional dancer and accompanying injury, and the healing modalities she pursued that lead her to the Body Talk system. She discussed how her career shifted by following truth as she found it, by following what "resonated."
She shares how art and dance can give permission to the artist and the viewer to express and explore feelings that aren’t as socially acceptable, so it opens us up to releasing trapped feelings and stagnancy.
Michelle mentions how the culture places value on the idea that important things are "hard to do", but suggests that maybe not everything has to be hard. The discussion moved into resistance and flow, following passions, and different definitions of efficiency in regards the projects people take on.
Sustainable energy was touched on, as well as tailoring our lives to our unique passions to increase effectiveness and flow. She discussed how she supports her clients with this work, with paradigm shifts, learning to act out of trust and love instead of fear.
Finally, the discussion moves toward the value of connecting to something bigger than oneself, be it spiritual or ideas or otherwise, in achieving bigger things and redirecting life.
Michelle Boule is a transformational life and business coach with a unique methodology. She's a dancer, healer, and heart space holder.
