Mike Erwin is the Co-Founder of The Positivity Project, the founder of Team Red, White & Blue, the Co-Founder & Chairman of Father Capodanno HS, he's a 2x published author of Leadership is a Relationship and Lead Yourself First, and he serves as a Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves. Oh yeah, he also lives on a 32-acre homestead & farm in North Carolina that he and his family operate called Grace + Glory Farms.
