Episode Twenty-one: A Return To Repetition
In episode 21 of the Accessibility Partners & InclUSion podcast, to complement an earlier episode, we return to the principle of repetition! M-J explores the origin of the word liturgy (did you know it comes from the Greek phrase “liturgia”, meaning public service or work of the people?
Perhaps most familiar in a religious context, liturgy is a form or pattern, and when you apply that meaning to repetition, you can achieve some surprising results… as long as you remember it isn’t just about the physical act of doing something over & over, but more about instilling belief and conviction in yourself, your intent and your actions.
