The Accessibility Partners & InclUSion Podcast
The Accessibility Partners and InclUSion podcast is hosted by Mandy-Jayne Lace. The podcast explores a wealth of topics, deep-diving into life with a disability, be it physical, a learning disability, or neurodiversity. Our challenges are unique, and this podcast aims to inspire conversations about how we all have a role to play in fostering better inclusion and reframing those stereotypical preconceptions around disability.
Accessibility Partners - The business she owns. Accessibility Partners exists to help the disabled community navigate the Access to Work process, enabling people to access the support they need to thrive in the workplace, whether through self-employment or with an organisation.
M-J's non profit, InclUSion is on a mission to make society accessible and equitable for everyone, irrespective of the challenges we face.

Episode Twenty Five: Constructing Change in Mental Health, with Luke Coggon
In this episode of the Accessibility Partners and InclUSion podcast, M-J is joined by founder of Thinking Differently Ltd, Luke Coggon. Luke has a wealth of experience in the construction industry and was inspired to establish his company and other ventures to challenge the stigma attached to mental health and the lack of representation and understanding of disability within that environment.
M-J and Luke explore his journey as a founder thus far, his hopes for his business, and unpack why breaking those stereotypes around mental health, especially in a male-dominated industry like construction, matters as much now as it ever did.
