I didn't redo my vision board, but technically I kind of did. It's officially quarter two of 2026. You've made it through the first three months of 2026. Congratulations. It's been, it's been a couple of months. It's, it's been a couple of months. I think January started off as hopeful and exciting, and then February came and it was a shit show and then. March came and it was like trying to recover from said shit show, and now we're in April. Welcome to the very first episode of April. So exciting. This is really exciting for me because we're completely redoing the vision. For a quarter two. And I'm not talking about our goals and our vision value vibes of 2026. I'm talking about like our colors, um, maybe updating our vibe a little bit. Like I think spring is going to be fun. It's going to be whimsical, it's gonna be cute. It, I'm so here for it and I'm so ready for it. And I wonder, and I wanna ask you, are you updating or taking a look at. What goals you have set for yourself for 2026 and wondering if they need tweaking, like if they need updating in any sort of way. I feel like three months into the year is the perfect timing to ask exactly that question. Welcome back to the Self-Love Archive podcast. I am your host, Julia Salvia, also known as your self-love bestie. Welcome back, or welcome for the very first time you've made it at the perfect time. If you're listening to the first one, we are officially in spring. Okay. We have just gotten through the Equinox all of March. We were protecting our energy and leaving perfection in the past. And now we're in April and things are rebirthing themselves the way that they do in spring. We have cleaned out our homes like we have done our spring cleaning. We are now in the stage where we get to get clear with what we want the next three months to look like. I think we just put so much pressure on ourselves to get it right the first time. Life does not work like that. Our theme for April is clarity and healing, and then we go into May and we are going to be aggressively whimsical. We'll get to that, and then in June we are going to be impressing our inner child. So we have set up this quarter to really just be all the things to. Find clarity this month. Find healing this month, and then just go for it the next two months and have fun with going for it. We are in April refining our visions. We are restarting our plan, rewriting the book, the chapter, rewriting our goals and our vision, and creating something that makes us feel. Alive. Winter is always the slower period where we kind of go into like this incubation, hibernation type of period. It makes sense that everything would be slower, everything would be heavier, everything would be in kind of like a protection mode, like a closing out. But now that we are leaving winter behind and going into spring, spring is like our rebirth season. Spring is where the sun's, the sun starts shining a ton more. It's out longer, and we have the opportunity to renew ourselves, to restart something, to make things make sense, to help things make sense. Again, if you are craving. Clarity, it makes sense. We're coming out of a season that was kind of foggy. We're coming out of a season where we may have just been inside doing a lot of work on ourselves inside journaling and, and doing things that are still really important. Like the winter season is still really important for plants and flowers and things to grow and for the earth to do its thing. But spring. Is where it all comes alive, where you really start to see that growth come to fruition. But before we get to seeing. Growth come to fruition. We need to water ourselves. We need to find clarity, and we need to find healing. The perfect explanation is April showers bring me flowers. We need to heal and find clarity so that we can bloom when may comes. And let me tell you, we are definitely gonna bloom when makeups aggressively whimsical, Ooh. I'm just so, I'm so hyped for May. I'm hyped for April. I'm hyped for spring, but like May, it's about to get aggressive and just annoyingly fun and random, just to be random and exciting, just because aggressively whimsical. Just remember that. But we're in April, so. What clarity actually is, like, what does this really mean? Three things. We need to recognize what no longer serves us, what no longer feels right, what no longer aligns with our greater vision, our greater self, our better self. Our best self. So we're recognizing the spaces, the people, and the places the maybe that we have outgrown the routines, that we've outgrown the habits that are no longer working for us, and we're taking all of this information and we are adjusting our visions based on our experiences. Whatever the past three months has brought you, we are taking a look at that and being like, okay, this is no longer working. Let me try something new. This is the time to try something new. This is the time to see how everything fits into the puzzle because April, you are going to lock in and utilize this time so that when May comes, oh my gosh, smooth sailing, my friend, smooth sailing, like it's just gonna be such. Aligned rest of the year because you're refining your vision and there is nothing wrong with that. There is nothing wrong with saying, this doesn't work. I need to try something else. And sometimes it takes a couple of times of saying that and doing that and doing the thing until you find exactly what's working for you in this season of life right now. Because we know this. Not everything always works exactly the same for us. Sometimes clarity is not. Knowing exactly what your path looks like and, and where you're going. Sometimes clarity is just letting things go that no longer fit with the life that you're living currently, or maybe the, just the day to day. Maybe it's just the day to day that you're living currently. Like maybe you really, you've been eating the same thing for dinner for the past. Couple of weeks or it's been in your rotation and you just realize like, no, I don't think I really like this, and you just take it out. Or maybe there's someone that's just draining your energy and maybe that's your, your moment, your, your flag, your red flag to just take a step back from that relationship for now. It, you don't have to see everything exactly how it's going to play out. Because it never does play out exactly as we hope it would, but we know that it eventually does if we have it at top of mind and we are manifesting something for ourselves and we are doing the thing, we are doing all the things that align with who we wanna be. It all comes to fruition. It does in the smallest and in the biggest ways. It always does, but maybe it just doesn't play out exactly how you wanted it to or how it, how you thought it was going to, but it always plays out. It always gets there. So remember, it's not picturing exactly what. This path is going to look like or it's, it's picturing it, but it's not being hard on yourself if it goes in a different direction, it's always being true to who you are and who you want to be and all the things that you know yourself to be. And continuing with that, making choices based on the person that you wanna be, making decisions based on this person that you wanna be. And letting everything else go. And this is your moment now to do exactly that. We are shedding all of that away, so where the healing comes in. Is the refining of our vision. So right now, I'm actually filming this episode for you in March. So my vision board behind me is still my quarter one vision board, and I'm not getting rid of this vision board. I don't know if I'm gonna keep it here and move it somewhere else in the room. So you can see in these episodes my quarter two vision board. But this vision board is still true. I still want everything that's on here, but this is my, I'm realizing that this vision board that I made behind me is more so. My yearly vision board, these are the things that I wanna look back at at the end of 2026 and be like, yeah, I did that. Yes, I accomplished that. Yes, I am that girl. Like that is the vision board that is sitting behind me. But this quarter two vision board is a little bit different. It is a refined version of the vision board behind me. It's. Different in the way that it looks because we're going off of this vibe of quarter two, which is very soft, very intentional, very whimsical, very fun, very ugh. Just when you see it, you'll know what I mean. And of course the colors are different too, because we're in spring and we're letting winter go, like we're leaving winter behind. But it's a refined version of the things that I want for myself and the things that I want to accomplish. So the goals of my vision. Board for quarter one are huge. Those are my yearly goals, but for me, my quarter two vision board, those are my goals for this quarter. Those are the goals and the things that I wanna see I want to accomplish at the end of quarter two. At the end of June, I hope to see pictures like the ones that are on this board, to have things that are on this board, to take trips of the things that are on this board to, you know, grow in my following here and be better there. So it's a more refined version of the person that I wanna be. And maybe that's not the case for you. Maybe the first vision board that you created, you feel as though it's an amazing vision board. It's everything that you want, but you wanna create something that. Feels more aligned to what your goals actually are in this moment. For me, I have a huge issue with being realistic. With myself, I'm just such a big dreamer. I, I love the creativity of it all, but I also think too that the vision board behind me, while it is like all of my biggest goals and dreams and everything that I want for myself in, um, some of the biggest of ways, I think that I needed something that was more realistic that I can look at and feel like I'm getting just a little bit closer to these goals more so than I am. To the ones behind me. So they're both meaningful in their own ways, but one is supporting me in this moment now, and the other is supporting me in the longer term. And this is whatever it means to you. However, I, I wanna point out that I. I going into 2026 with this creative, more creative mindset of how I display my vision and my goals for myself. This may look completely different for you. You may not have a vision board or something where you've really written your goals down. Whatever this means for you, it's the clarity and and healing that means for you. For me, I needed to refine. And restart my vision board in a different way. So back to healing. This is refining, healing is refining and clarity is restarting. So we're not necessarily becoming someone new or starting a new book. And maybe you are, we are just refining where we already are and hey, you went left on this path. Maybe, maybe we take a couple steps back and go to the right. Do we think that's going to be more aligned with who we are? We're refining our vision. We're refining our habits, we're refining our energy, and we are refining our standards. Okay, I have three questions for you so that you can reflect on this refining and restarting or healing and clarity that we are going to be going through in April. Are you ready? What felt right at the beginning of the year? May not feel just as right anymore in the last three months, what have you learned about yourself and how can you move forward? Taking all of those, those teachings and that new knowledge with you to become an even better version of yourself? What feels clearer now in this moment, even if it's small, that may not have felt clear before? The first three months of the year, you didn't get anything wrong. There's no such thing as it being wrong or it not being perfect, like, like of course it's not perfect. First of all, we, we focused on that in March. We focused on that about letting go of perfection and leaning into imperfection and really just being, being here in this moment. Being here to just be. And I need you to understand something. Whether what you are refining and restarting right now is a goal, a habit, a routine, a, a friendship, a relationship, whatever it is, I want you to know that you can't get it wrong and you can change your mind. You are allowed to change your mind, especially most, especially when it brings you closer to yourself. And when it allows you to love yourself more. This April, we are staying connected. If anything, we are becoming more connected with ourselves. I want you to continue to release perfection, but I want you to honor this evolution that you're going through. I want you to start to trust yourself. It's clarity. It is a month of clarity and healing for a reason. Remember, we are gonna come out on the other side as long as we know who we are. We have self-trust, and we are open to the discovery of, maybe this might work for me better, we are gonna come out of the other side. Gorgeous, stunning, aggressively whimsical. It's going to be the best month ever. Thank you so much for tuning into this episode of the Self-Love Archives podcast. I love you to the moon and back, and I am so excited for your growth.
