In this episode it‘s all about family business as we talk to Simon‘s twin brother Amo Paul.

He shares exciting insights from BETTERGUARDS Technology, one of the rising companies in terms of sports technology and injury prevention. Furthermore Amo also operates as Head of Basketball Operations of the Berlin Braves 2000, a pioneering Basketball Club situated in the heart of the City-West. Having being promoted to the Pro B (second league) in the summer, we talk about the challenges of sports professionalization in organizations and what future outlooks he and the project has.
