When Walter Collins went missing in 1928, his mother, Christine, was (understandably) beside herself. As the LAPD worked (in a sarcastic tone) oh, so hard to locate the young boy and reunite him with his mother, the series of events that unfolded were beyond what anyone could have ever imagined.
