Jenna Miller takes Yoga beyond the mat and into what we eat, and what we choose to do on a daily bases that support a healthy digestion and a calm nervous system. She shares how we need to check in and notice how we truly feel. When we're not feeling right, we can investigate and make changes in order to regain our optimal state.  With a background in holistic nutrition, she believes adjustments in our diet, along with lifestyle changes can go a long way supporting us feeling our best. 
Having experienced firsthand what burnout feels like, she reminds us and her clients how our busy lifestyle, eating on-the-go,  rarely allows for our body to absorb nutrients properly which will leave the body depleted. Such depletion will not only affect our energy level but how we feel emotionally. 
Both students and Yoga teachers will benefit tremendously from this conversation as Jenna dives into how to make conscious choices on and off the mat that will allow us to lead a lifestyle based on balance, health and wellbeing.

Jenna Miller is a Yoga teacher and holistic nutritionist specializing in gut health and mental wellbeing. With over a decade as a wellness professional, her philosophy centers around nourishing the mind-body through food and practices that calm the nervous system.
