Ryan Wagoner, MD

I currently serve as Chair in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences at the University of South Florida. I have a passion for faculty development, building new programs, process improvement, and change management, particularly in the area of providing quality and efficient clinical care at a systems-level.

In addition, I am board-certified as a forensic psychiatrist and provide expert opinions on topics involving the intersection between psychiatry and the law. My interests in this area include the assessment of malingering and the application of psychiatric knowledge to multiple legal settings.
