This week, block some time out every day and write a gratitude list Just add one a day of what and who you are grateful for. Then, at the end of the week, ideally on Sunday take some time to reflect on the list and meditate on your growth, achievements and obstacles that you've overcome this week, check if you want to add anything more to the list and after that just take a massive exhale and say I'm going to continue to thrive in this season. I'm going to continue to thrive in this season.
