On October 11, many employers in Ontario will be required to have a written policy on the electronic monitoring of employees.  On July 13 of this year, the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development released its chapter material on this new requirement.  Our guests today will be answering frequently asked questions about this new electronic monitoring of employees policy and what employers need to know.
