A night adorns many Stars
Amid my academic career, I took a small hiatus due to losing two pieces of my heart that joined the grandiose display of what makes up the night sky. Both Josie and Pepper were my dogs, who were more like my children, and they are forever missed. I am not ashamed to say, Josie prayed for me!! She prayed for strength and endurance, that I would get through the hard times without her. Josie's prayers were answered from the most unlikely of places, a cat named Ivy, who was a rescue, and who would rescue me during my absence of loss. So, if you are like me and amid grieving, just know that you are not alone! The laughter and joy you once held, will return from the most unlikely of places.
