#DDMS Episode 33: A Nation in Turmoil: Analyzing Political Violence, Security Lapses, and Society’s Divisions

Dane Episode 33

Send us a text

Could we be witnessing the unraveling of our nation's fabric through the lens of political violence? This episode opens with a gripping analysis of the recent assassination attempt on former President Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania. We dissect the chaotic aftermath and draw significant historical parallels, from the bubonic plague to the COVID-19 pandemic, to understand the gravity of our current societal turmoil. Eyewitness accounts reveal alarming security lapses and spark a crucial conversation about the rapid spread of conspiracy theories and the political blame that ensues, reflecting the complexities of modern law enforcement and security protocols.

As tensions continue to rise, we shift our focus to the perplexing case of Thomas Matthew Crooks, whose alleged involvement in a violent incident at a political rally has drawn widespread attention. Contradictory claims swirl around Crooks, with some suggesting that the true culprit might be the notorious Maxwell Yurik. We examine an audio clip where Crooks vehemently denies his involvement and expresses his disdain for Republicans. This segment delves into the broader implications of such violent acts, the personal toll on families, and the societal divisions that fuel these incidents. We also consider the significant challenges law enforcement faces in implementing preemptive measures during such volatile times.

To conclude, we reflect on the chaos and complexities stemming from a recent shooting at a political rally. The episode addresses pressing issues of security and public response while tackling the polarizing debate on gun control. By examining the media's role in exacerbating conspiracy theories and diverting attention from the real tragedy of lost lives and grieving families, we highlight the dangers of complacency and the troubling trend of seeking fame through violence. This conversation serves as a sobering reminder of the volatile political climate we live in and the critical need to address these societal issues thoughtfully and urgently.

Speaker 1:

Warning, warning, warning. This content may be sensitive to some. If you feel the need to leave, it is completely understandable. Content may contain examples of death, suicide, sexual content and other shit. We don't know what we're going to get into. This is not to offend anyone or upset anyone on purpose. This isn't your typical Deputy Dane, so listen at your own risk. Sit back and enjoy.

Speaker 2:

Good morning everybody. Welcome to the Deputy Dane Morning Show. I appreciate all y'all for being here. We got some stuff to get into. I really don't know what we're going to get into, but we'll get into something. Sit back. Oh, yep, there's the sirens. I think we're all going to be detained. Sit back and enjoy the show. Good morning everybody. Man, man, what a crazy night last night.

Speaker 2:

So history is being made one way or the other. Uh, if anybody knows, uh, someone had an assassination attempt on trump last night in butler, pennsylvania. When I tell people that we are living in a time that's memorable and it's going to make history, I don't just say it, I mean think about it. We can, unfortunately, now be people to say that we have witnessed an assassination attempt on a president. You have people that have assassinated presidents in the past and you always hear about it in history books, but you never think that you'll actually see it happen. And we're it's. It's crazy. You know, we heard about bubonic plague and everything going on with that. Then you have covid come along. We're witnessing things, we're seeing things. It is a crazy, crazy time to be alive.

Speaker 2:

And what kills me is everybody was so quick to jump on stuff. I mean, they blamed one dude what was his name? Oh, they blamed this poor guy saying he was the one something violets, mark violets or something like that, and they blamed him. And this dude, like, was talking about soccer and stuff and all of a sudden gets like it's like a salem witch trial. Someone like watched his video, didn't like his video, was like I bet it was him first of all wasn't guy, was skinny, and that dude that's doing the soccer video is thick. It's like saying me, I was up there and being an anorexic little person, midget, don't want to offend people. That's like putting an anorexic little person and go oh, there's Deputy Dane up there doing it. So crazy time though. But people are so quick to make all these stipulations and and want to get answers right off the bat that they start just coming up with outlandish stuff.

Speaker 2:

You have democrats talking about guns are bad still. And look here, look a republican shot because they think they identified them now. And republicans are going oh, the democrats did it, they paid to have them. Often it's like no matter what, you going to have conspiracy theorists out the wazoo. But one thing that kind of got me thinking is everybody was asking about how this young man has able to get up on a roof and have a gun and shoot. I wonder the same thing as anybody else, but there's a lot of things that people don't take into consideration. Secret Service is its own level, so I guess there was people rallying. There's a clip. Let me get that clip real quick. Hold on one second.

Speaker 3:

We noticed a guy crawling bear crawling up the roof of the building beside us, 50 feet away from us. So we're standing there and we're pointing at the guy crawling up the roof.

Speaker 1:

And he had a gun right.

Speaker 3:

He had a rifle. We could clearly see him with a rifle. Absolutely, we're pointing at him. The police are down there running around on the ground. We're like, hey, man, there's a guy on the roof with a rifle. And the police were like huh, what you know, like they didn't know what was going on.

Speaker 2:

So there we go. This guy says that they saw the guy get on the roof and they start saying, hey, there's a guy on the roof. Why doesn't anybody do anything? And they said that they tell the cops hey, look, look, there's a guy on the roof, which there's no reason not to believe that he's saying that In that one video you see some people see him climbing up the roof and before he shoots, you start seeing people scream, yelling there's a guy on the roof, there's a guy on the roof. So, yeah, I believe that. Now he says he's yelling at police.

Speaker 2:

Again, when it comes to yelling at police, I tried to take this in perspective. If I was there, you have Secret Service, which are a whole other breed of people than your local law enforcement. Normally, on stuff like this, you get put on perimeter and you keep perimeter safe which would be over in this area and they're telling you there's a guy with a gun. Now, this is the crazy times that we're living in. Now times, it's so quick to judge law enforcement that if he did get shot by a cop, they'd be like, well, he was actually doing nothing, he was actually trying to keep Trump safe. You never know what people are going to say and then, at the same time, being a city cop or like a local cop, you're going to sit there and go. Is this actually Secret Service that's not in uniform? Like what's going on? There's no way they're going to let this dude get up on the roof. So you're going to kind of look into it, but there's only so much you can do. I'm not saying that they would. I don't know how the guy got on the roof, I don't know how he wasn't spotted, but you can kind of tell they show a video of the Secret Service snipers on top of a roof and as they're on top of a roof, they're looking over there towards the suspected sniper that shot at Trump, and you can kind of tell they're looking. If you've never looked at a scope, what I'm picturing is these people are pointing up, saying, hey, there's a guy with a gun. They're looking over there and then they're trying to find something, something. But if you look at the way the roof was, it kind of looks like he was hiding under the roof until he's ready to fire and then, finally, the you see the snipers kind of look up outside of the scope, going no way. Let me see if I can really see this. And then firing starts happen, and then they shoot the guy in the head, um domeski.

Speaker 2:

Now, no matter what this dude they say they have identified him as Thomas Michael Crooks, other people saying that that's not Thomas Michael Crooks. And Thomas Michael Crooks has come out and said it's not him, it's actually a what's the name? Maxwell Yurik, which Maxwell Yurik has been known to do riots and stuff. So now they're saying it's not him, it's this dude. And then there's an audio of Thomas Michael Crooks. Let me play that real quick. I said Michael, I think it's Thomas Matthew Crooks. That's my fault. Here we go. Now, let's play this audio. Now this audio can go certain ways. Let's listen.

Speaker 1:

My name is Thomas Matthew Crooks. I hate Republicans, I hate Trump. And guess what you got the wrong guy.

Speaker 2:

All right. So there we go. Now people are playing that, saying that that was his. I hate Republicans and stuff. Now Thomas Matthew Crooks is registered Republican. He's 20 years old and, yeah, sooks is registered Republican. He's 20 years old and yeah, so he's registered Republican. But even there he says he hates Republicans. He's even donated to the Democratic shooter. It's actually the Matthew Maxwell Yerrick. So we don't know. Right now Things are kind of all over the place.

Speaker 2:

But even in that thing, if you take in the context that it wasn't him, so you have Thomas Matthew Crooks coming on saying this is Thomas Matthew Crooks, I hate Republicans and I hate Donald Trump. So and you have the wrong guy. So is that him saying you didn't get me, I wasn't me, I hate Tom, I hate him, but it wasn't me, it's actually someone else. I don't know the thing? That's sad that, like everyone jumps to these conspiracy theories, including me. You know I've jumped on here instead of starting it off going. If it is Thomas Matthew Crooks, we've got to realize that, yes, he was a piece of shit. He needed to go. He's a dirtbag. But there's family members that are going to be mourning the loss of him. They didn't decide to do that their son did 20 years old. He's still a baby in most people's eyes. These parents spent 20 years raising this gentleman I can't even say gentleman because he's a piece of shit but to them that was their baby and they spent 20 years raising this baby. Of course they're going to love him and they're going to know, hey, he did something stupid, he got what he deserved, but they still love him and no matter what, that family's going to be grieving whether it's him or the Maxwell-Urick, I don't know Either way. Those two dudes, whoever did it, whichever one did it, is a piece of shit. That's all there is to it. Now, the innocent people that were there just going to support who they believed in whether you believe in Trump, whether you believe in Biden, whether you believe in Kennedy, whoever you believe in, that's awesome. That's your beliefs. You're allowed to have those. But to be going to a rally to listen to somebody and someone has so much hatred to take out that person and you get killed, it's sad. All you're trying to do is be able to say, hey, I got to go to a historic event not realizing that that would be the last thing you ever deal with. And it's sad because there's another family that's grieving and several other people were hit too by bullets.

Speaker 2:

It's crazy time you're also got to think about that sniper. That sniper that shot him has to deal with watching him get hit, which I don't think that bothers him as much as probably going man. Should I shot him quicker? But you have to worry in the climate that we're in. This is what law enforcement has to deal with and the climate we're in. What if they shoot him and he never made a shot? How quick would people go that they were in the wrong to shoot him? A man that did nothing. Now we all knew what he was going to do. We all know what he did do, but what if law enforcement would have shot him before he did anything? Hmm, it's wild. It's a wild time to be in. It's a wild time that we're all dealing with and, instead of coming together, it is tearing this country apart.

Speaker 2:

I've read, I've watched a lot of these videos and I've read countless, just countless comments, and there's nothing but hate in the comments. If a civil war is going to get started, we are heading down that path more than I think we've ever been. I mean, it is a crazy fucking time to be alive. You have people hating on other people just because of beliefs, beliefs Not even like actual. Just you hate them just because they believe in something a little bit different than you. And it's crazy that you hate someone to the point you want them dead. And then you see all these people get on there and going, oh man, if it was just a little bit over, they would have killed them, they would have got them, our problems would have been over. It wouldn't have been over, no matter what there'd be other problems. Killing someone is not the answer to just end your problems. I mean, sometimes it can be, I guess. I mean, if they're going to kill you and you kill them, your problems are over. But it's just crazy. It's crazy that you hate someone so much that you want to plan something and other innocent people get killed. I mean, sorry, trump was innocent. Whether you like Trump or dislike Trump, you like Biden or whatever, trump was innocent. He's running for president. He's running for president. He's not out there. He didn't do anything to this person. So this person coming at him, he's innocent. The person that lost their life innocent. The two victims that went by helicopter innocent.

Speaker 2:

And this is the times that we're living in Crazy. What's the next five years going to bring, you know? I mean, we're living in a crazy, crazy fucking time. We're living in a point where we can all barely afford to survive and then shit like this happens. It's nuts, it's nuts and I think it's only going to get worse until it gets better. Uh, I mean, other countries are laughing at us. Us, we're tearing our own country apart internally and other countries can just sit back and laugh about it. Wild, just fucking wild.

Speaker 2:

And then all these people jumping on the Second Amendment saying, oh, we've got to take guns away. Look what guns do. Guns didn't do anything. It was some deranged asshole, some deranged asshole that let his intrusive thoughts win and decided to take action. And I'll tell you this much right now secret service, y'all have my hats off to y'all. Y'all are a different breed and people don't understand like these men and women didn't go let's find the threat. These men and women right next to trump jumped on top of Trump and were becoming bullet shields for Trump. That's wild. That takes a whole another bravery Like not even let's find the threat and let's take the threat out. These dudes are like I'm going to have my back towards the threat and I'm going to hug you, trump, and I'm going to try to protect you, fucking nuts.

Speaker 2:

And then people want to jump on with their idealistic beliefs of, oh, we got to take guns away, or oh, we need guns or we need. This is a fucking sad time that people lost their life. A man was shot in the ear or trapped no, god in the ear, whatever it was just because of the amount of hatred we're living in and you see it non-stop. And why? Why live with this much hatred? Why not just fucking get along and if you don't agree with someone, don't agree with them? But, jesus christ, we are in a wild fucking time and I can't. I mean, I don't know, I don't know. And people are jumping on the cops. Cops should have done this. People, people are jumping on these. People Shouldn't have done that. This shouldn't have done that. It's a crazy time.

Speaker 2:

The city cops in town right now, those local cops they had a pistol on them. Okay, this dude's on a roof from a good distance. If you would have got close enough that you could feel, okay, I'm comfortable with this pistol. Then now you're on perimeter, you're normally kind of like out of your vehicle keeping people safe. I mean, I don't know. I don't know, it wasn't there. Do I think there should have been better security? Sure, the fact that someone is able to climb up on a roof and even take aim at them, it's wild.

Speaker 2:

But it's the crazy times we're in. I mean, how many times have they done that? It's complacency. How many times have we done it? We've evaluated the area? Bam, we're good to go. And they probably thought they did. And who knows, maybe it was paid, I don't know. But instead of going in the rabbit hole going oh my God, it was paid by the SCIA, fbi and all this stuff too many people want to jump on these damn rabbit holes. Instead of it. Just hey, it might have been just a crazy son of a bitch that found a loophole and knew he was going to die either way. So let's take a chance. Or it could have been some fame person. Now we're putting these names out here and making these people famous. All it's going to do is give other people that want to be famous to hate, trump an idea, and that's I don't know. It's wow, wow, but to use something where someone loses their life just to push it is it. It's sad. It's sad.

Speaker 2:

And I saw so many democrats before it came out this dude was republican. I saw so many democrats getting on there going oh now, how do you feel about guns? We still love guns. We still love guns. I still love all my guns. I don't think a good person with a gun is the problem. I think fucking nut jobs like this piece of shit is the problem. And then when I found out he's republican, then they jump in oh, looky there, your guns, your guns did it. Haha, guns. Instead of realizing some family is not having a dad, a husband, a wife, a son, a daughter, they're not coming home. They're not coming home because they're not coming home because they went to a rally that they thought it'd be cool to say. They went to a Donald Trump rally and make history Fucking sad, sad.

Speaker 2:

And the amount of hate, the amount of hate that people live in those comments is fucking wild and everybody wants to armchair quarterback. They want to say, oh, the cops didn't do this, cops didn't do that. They want to say, oh, the cops didn't do this, cops didn't do that, they didn't do this, they do that. Neither the people standing there, neither the guy sitting there going, hey, there's someone with a gun. I mean they saw him climb up on the fucking building. I mean they yelled at cops but like I don't know.

Speaker 2:

It's a crazy, crazy time. Everybody wants to say they should have done this, they should have done that, when we're not living it and you're not there. You don't know, I don't know, we don't know the situation, don't know the circumstance. You know, I mean the Secret Service. They even looked oh shit, there's someone there, but they've. I mean what if they would have taken that shot and killed him first, would we be seeing people say that Trump's secret service was evil? Would we be seeing law enforcement just kills people without any reason? There's so many things here. It's a crazy time. You guys, we're all witnessing history and crazy shit happening and we all sit back and can watch it and it's just nuts and it's only going to get worse.

Speaker 2:

Don't see this being the end, and I could see some crazy ass democrat or republican now going to try to do the same to get famous, fucking nuts. No matter what, assassination is not the the way I. I, I have my thing. I by no means am I saying trump is perfect. By no means will I ever say trump is perfect, but in the whole outcome, I think he's the greater, the lesser of two evils. I think he's a greater one for it. Um, but I don't know. But no, going to go. Hey, let's go ahead and shoot the dude that's going against him. That's fucking wild to me, nuts. And that's the world we live in, that people are like, well, just shoot him, it'd be better. I don't know. Crazy, crazy.

Speaker 2:

And now we'll find out if this is a real, real one. Don't get me wrong. I think there's a lot of stuff the government hides. I do. I'm not going to sit here. I'm a big conspiracy theorist Now. I used to not be, but I have become one. But looking back, how can you not?

Speaker 2:

This is what I love about Tik TOK. This is what I love about social media, where we can share beliefs without being told what a media outlet, who was bought, told us. We can see what our own opinions are. We can see what we feel, and they don't like that. That's why they're trying to take these apps away. We'll see. We'll see if Thomas Matthew Crooks was actually the one, or if it's a Maxwell Urich, or whether it's some dude that's not named that they're not going to name. I don't know Either way. Just families grieving, and they know who it was. Because they are grieving, grieving Crazy.

Speaker 2:

I tell you right now, if I was that dude, here's the question I have. If you watch the BBC interview, we are a laughing fucking stock to other countries. Bbc is overseas, okay, bbc is here, and they interview a dude and this dude is wearing one of those God awful visor hats that have the hair and homeboy doesn't even decide to take it off to do a fucking interview that's going around the world. Now, come on, dude, take the fucking stupid hat off before you do that. But I'm telling you, if I was him and you're saying all this stuff that you're saying, I'd be a scared motherfucker. You are like pretty much going hey, hillary did it. You are saying that someone paid to try to do this.

Speaker 2:

Now people are saying Trump did it on purpose to win, um, that. Then there's the deep state that's trying to entrap, whatever it is, this dude. If this is true, I would be one scared motherfucker going hey, listen, I told the cops, hey, there's a guy up there. I told him and for some reason they kept letting him go. I don't know, I'd be a terrified mama jamma being that dude. But we will see. We will see Only time's going to tell on this. Yeah, we will see Only time's going to tell on this. Yeah, we spent like 20 minutes rambling on this and we still don't even know anything. Nothing has been. I mean it's too early. This is a big deal. Trump gets checked out. Make sure he's okay. People lost their life, other people are critically injured and people I don't know.

Speaker 2:

I try to do this on my podcast because I don't want to go too big on TikTok, because I don't want to seem like I'm one of those people that's just like, oh, this happened, just trying to get famous doing that. My podcast, I think, excuse me, my podcast is for people that actually like listening to me ramble. I don't know why. I appreciate y'all, but I don't know why, because it's just my own thoughts, but I try to stay level headed. With everything you can, you can go down a rabbit hole quick Cause.

Speaker 2:

Then they started pulling up revelations 13. Hold on, let me see this. Revelations 13, three. Revelation 13, 3 says and I saw one of his heads, as it were, wounded to death. Okay, as and I saw one of his heads, as it were, wounded to death and his deadly wound was healed and all the world wondered after the beast and all the world wandered after the beast. And all the world wandered after the beast. Fuck, I don't know. It's hard for read on here as I'm like trying to read this. So pretty much just saying is now people are, you can find a Bible verse for anything. If you really want to break down a Bible verse, you can find a Bible verse and make it work to whatever you're trying to do. The whole world was filled with wonder and followed the beast. Now what people are saying in this is they're saying that technically, trump is the beast, which is Satan and the Antichrist, and since he was wounded but not killed, we are all following him more.

Speaker 2:

It's fucking crazy what people you can find if you really want to. It's like the people that do mathematical equations to find out the pyramids line up with this, line up with that. If you use a mathematical equation, you can find this and this and it comes down to this and the meaning of life and blah, blah, blah. You can find stuff if you go looking for it. I mean you can find whatever you want if you go, look for it so you can find Bible verses that would turn it into. I don't know fucking. Let me see if I can find one. We'll see if we can make this work.

Speaker 2:

Okay, so let's break it down to another one. Here we go, 118, so Psalms 118, 17. I will not die but live, and will proclaim what the Lord has done. The Lord has chastised me severely but has not given me over to death. Could you not use that? Could you not use that right there, saying I was chastised but I still was not given over to death? I mean, there's so many of them that you could find easily. You could find whatever. You could find a Bible verse, whatever you want to make it work.

Speaker 2:

Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying there's nothing wrong with it. I just think that people want to jump down the bandwagon, which it's just it's ridiculous, it's just not right. Um, and then one thing that I saw that was, I thought was pretty, uh, pretty crazy. Um, the shooter. Immediately I noticed the shooter shirt right off the bat. I noticed it. Um, I looked at the. I looked at it and I was like, oh, that shooter is wearing a demolition ranch shirt, it. Um, I like demolition ranch I love. I'm a big Second Amendment advocate. I always have been. I know I'm a cop. People think we're not, we can't like them, but we do. Demolition Ranch has the shirt called Demolition, which just means that you support them. So he calls himself the Demolition. Blah, blah, blah.

Speaker 1:

Well let's see, let's see what this tweet is.

Speaker 2:

Hold on, let me, let's see, let's see. This tweet is hold on, let me see, hold on. So if you don't watch demolition morant, so pretty much he shoots guns, everything. So on his twitter or x, wherever the fuck god he goes last night was crazy. I've got news stations calling me asking me if I ever spoke with the shooter. Like what the hell? Yeah, the dude has millions of subscribers, okay, and then he sells t-shirts and it's like.

Speaker 2:

That's like if the dude was wearing abercrombie, you go to abercrombie, be like, hey, did you uh talk to this dude before he decided to do these actions? I knew immediately he's gonna be like, oh, fuck, fuck, people are like contact your legal advisors and stuff. I'm like what do you mean? Contact your legal advisors? Like about what? He didn't do anything wrong. It's just, I don't know. I don't know. It's fucking nuts. Either way, it's nuts the time we're living in. I guess I should have waited for the Second Amendment for this one, because this is pretty much right up there and people are going to really turn this into this or that. But I don't know, this is kind of just turned into the whole assassination on trump attempt. I know that that really was not my life's normally about, but you know I'm in besides me working on the farm and working my other cases and trying to get my mom here. Let me tell you this this is a big piss off to me. Okay, we are trying to get my mom alone. Now it's wild to me that we can't get my mom alone, cause all we're doing is selling her house when her house sales will pay the loan off. Um, cause, her house is like a $300,000 house. Her loan is going to be $70,000 because she already put down so much. Now they denied her because she only makes so much on Social Security and blah, blah, blah. Fine, whatever we said we'd co-sign. They said, no, you can't co-sign because you already have mortgage. It's like, yeah, we have a mortgage with the land, the house is fucking going on. They denied.

Speaker 2:

So then we use another company through the mobile home dealer whatever you fucking call them manufactured home dealer and they sold our information. So they used another company. This company uses Experian or whatever, and anybody who uses Experian it sells your information to. So I have been getting blown up. I've been working cases, trying to deal with cops from all over, and my phone's getting blown up with hello, this is Susie. I'm calling about your rate to see if you want to use us instead of them because we could beat the rate. I can't see we could. I might fucking stop calling me. It's ridiculous. So I've been dealing with that.

Speaker 2:

And then, not last night, but the night before we heard of a party in our area. Last time these kids had one of these parties. We try to, you know, bust them a little bit, tell them don't do that. Well, they started drawing guns on each other. Shots were fired, ended up being fucking crazy. So we heard about this party. We are going to beat them to it now. They got information. We knew about it. So they moved their party. Well, we got information where the party was. We went there.

Speaker 2:

Now we get a little car pulled over and it's a girl. I walk up to the window. I said I need to see your license and registration. I don't have one. I go. Excuse me, she's like I don't have one. I go. You don't have an ID. Nope, you don't have a driver's license. Nope, I go, you don't have anything. Does anybody in this car have a driver's license? I was still kind of cool at this point, like, come on, I'm not trying to ruin this kid's life, I'm not trying to get this kid started down. Uh, let's give you a legal battle. I go, anybody on this car, nope, four people. None of them have a license.

Speaker 2:

Then we start looking and because we know they're heading to the party. There's no reason. This is a middle nowhere. We've already dealt with several cars, we pulled over, of kids going to this party and then we see cases of beer in the car. Okay, none of them have a license, none of them are over 21. All of them are like 18 and 17.

Speaker 2:

So I was like, okay, I got a deal for you, we're going to confiscate all this alcohol. And then we're going to call mommy. Well, mom can't get us. I was like, well, you're not driving. Well, mom can't come get us because our car, this is only our car. I go, there's four people in this car. Someone's going to call, but nobody wanted to call their parents, of course. So I tell them to pull up, get out of the road a little bit further and we go over there and, as I'm trying to deal with everything, I call the city where this girl lives and I said, hey, can you send an officer this address and wake mama up and let mama know, because the girl was, like my mom's, not answering. City cop goes over there, wakes mom up. Mom doesn't even seem to give two shits.

Speaker 2:

So as I'm dealing with this, another one of the deputies over the window and the little girl is smarting off to her friends about. I don't even know why they have to bother us. They should just be eating fucking donuts at the office. I said oh, so that? So that deputy told me. I said fine, everybody out of the car. We're towing the fucking car. I still could have charged them At this point. I wasn't trying to charge them, but at the same time I still towed their car. No one has a license, no one, this Fine. And then she pulls up a permit. She's like well, I do have a permit, I go, it's not going to help you.

Speaker 2:

Long story short, this little girl talked herself into me, towing the car and getting stuff started on her, and it's like I was trying to give you a break. I took your alcohol. You didn't need your alcohol, you're fucking 18 years old. And then you get an attitude and even her friends are like I don't know why she's acting like this. You guys have been really cool. I'm sorry that she's acting like this, but this is the society we're raising. Man, this is nuts, nuts.

Speaker 2:

I wouldn't have even thought if I was in the wrong of being an asshole to the cop, because I knew where that was going to head. That was going to head to me getting thrown in jail. Why would I do that? Why would my parents get called when I could have just called them like hey, I messed up. Yeah, I would have got my ass beaten by my dad and chewed out and stuff, but I deserved it. I mean, I was doing shit I doing. Here I am at midnight going to a party when I don't have a driver's license. I took my mom's car to do so and I was buying alcohol and blah, blah, blah. But either way, fucking wild. That's been my weekend. And now I'm hanging out relaxing today, and that's my whole plan is to relax, get some stuff down the farm and get some cooking in. That being said, I do have to go clean my smoker. So I'm gonna get off here, make me some breakfast and go clean my smoker.

Speaker 2:
