#DDMS Episode 39: Inside a Probable Cause Affidavit: The Charlie Kirk Case Breakdown
A father’s vow to “kill the man” who took his six-year-old son’s life sets a raw tone—and it’s impossible not to feel that rage. We start there, with the Logan Tipton case: the 911 call from an eleven-year-old sister, a dad holding his boy in his arms, and a justice system that releases the killer under supervision in under a decade. That anger is real. But the path forward requires more than fury. So we pivot into the Charlie Kirk shooting with a different tool: the probable cause affidavit.
We walk you through the affidavit like a map. What is it? A sworn, legal document that must meet the elements of each crime. What’s inside? A detailed narrative of the UVU setup, surveillance footage that tracks a suspect to a rooftop, a bolt-action rifle recovered with one spent round, forensics linking DNA to the trigger and casings, and messages to a roommate about intent, the drop point, and deleting evidence. We unpack the full charge list—aggravated murder, felony discharge, obstruction, tampering, and enhancements for victim targeting and committing a violent offense in the presence of a child—and show how each count ties to specific facts rather than speculation.
If you’ve heard claims about a lapel mic firing a round or a security guard as the shooter, we address why the affidavit pushes back: vantage point, trajectory, rooftop impressions, recovered weapon, etched rounds, and a paper trail of texts that read like a confession. The point isn’t to shut down questions; it’s to anchor them in verifiable evidence. Along the way, we talk about sentencing, parole, and how public trust breaks when punishment doesn’t match the harm—without abandoning due process or clarity.
Stick around to the end for how we plan to expand this into a longer video breakdown. If this deep dive helps you separate outrage from proof, share it with a friend, subscribe, and leave a review. Then tell us: after hearing the evidence, what questions do you still have?

I've I've had my talks with God because I I'm not afraid to tell you, oh, I told the court if I ever cross paths with him, I will kill the man. I will kill him where he stands.
SPEAKER_02:That is the father of Logan Tipton. Logan Tipton was killed in 2015 in his bed at the age of six. And his murderer is being released. And I man, I feel the pain in that father. It'll piss you off. Let's let's get into it.
SPEAKER_00:Warning, warning, warning. This content may be sensitive to some. If you feel the need to leave, it is completely understandable. Content may contain examples of death, suicide, sexual content, and other shit we don't know what we're gonna get into. This is not to offend anyone or upset anyone on purpose. This isn't your typical deputy dane, so listen at your own risk, sit back and enjoy.
SPEAKER_01:Welcome to the Deputy Day Morning Show. I appreciate all y'all for being here. We got some stuff to get into. I really don't know what we're gonna get into, but we'll we'll we'll get into something. Sit back. Oh oh yep. There's the sirens. Think we're all gonna be detained. Sit back and enjoy the show.
SPEAKER_06:You have a lot.
SPEAKER_02:She opens her eyes. So that right there is Coral Tipton, 11 years old calling 911 to say that there's a robber in her room. Eleven years old wakes up, sees a man attacking her little brother with a butcher knife, and calls 911. Six years old, eleven years old, and there was another daughter in the house as well, as this man comes in, sneaks into the house, grabs a butcher knife from the kitchen, goes into their room, and attacks a six-year-old child sleeping. So the father fights him off, and this is Logan's last minutes, let's seconds. Let's hear the grief in this father. Let's all get mad. Let's fucking get mad. Alright, let's listen to this.
SPEAKER_06:It wasn't ten seconds later, he just looked at me closed his eyes. He died in my arms. Listen to that.
SPEAKER_02:Listen to that. This poor father had to witness his baby boy died in his arms. How awful. And that baby boy is just looking up at his dad at the last second, wondering why can't you help me? Ronald Exanthus, or however the fuck you say his name, is being released from prison. After ten years, and he didn't even do ten years, and he's getting good behavior. He was deemed to be incompetent due to insanity or all that fucking nonsense. Getting released after nothing, less than ten years. This man broke into their home, went and stabbed a six-year-old sleeping boy in the head, and he's being released on parole supervision after serving under seven years of a 20-year sentence. How the fuck does this happen? How does this happen? It's gonna be the same thing that happened to that poor girl on the damn train all over again. That dude keeps getting released because he has mental health issues. Logan Tipton didn't get a chance to have mental health issues, as fucked up as that sounds. Logan Tipton did not get a chance to live out his life. He didn't get a chance to do so much because this guy came in and killed him. It's uh it's ridiculous. And then we hear the father saying, I will get my revenge if I come across him. And can you be mad at him? I couldn't. It takes you back to that scene where that dad was sitting on that payphone and shoots the dude in the head that had done awful things to his kid. This man in his lifetime had to hold a six-year-old child bleeding out. Fight off this other man who so his other kids would be okay. Now take in mind, he this man attacked the other two kids in the house. They survived, and Logan died. And this father has to deal with that. And then to see the man that killed his six-year-old baby boy being released is absolutely unheard of. But this is this woke culture that we're dealing with. This is this whole thing that we're dealing with that people can just say whatever they want and get off. There's no reason this man should be released. There's no reason. I know this is gonna be like very harsh, and some people aren't gonna like it, but I think we need to bring back public executions. Hang somebody in a town center. You know, it went away mainly in my opinion because people couldn't handle seeing it, but now people are seeing way worse on social media. Make an example of these nasty individuals, these terrible individuals in the middle of town. Maybe less people will be likely to do it. Instead, this gentleman gets off after I don't even want to know. I said fuck this fuck tar said gentleman. This piece of shit gets off after under seven years, and he killed a six-year-old boy doing nothing than sleeping in his bed. Nothing but sleeping in his bed after probably a a fun day with dad, the sisters, ready for the next day to play. And he is stabbed in the safety of his own home, and this piece of shit is being released. I mean, let's just break it down. Burglary should be more than seven years. Assault with a deadly weapon on two children should be more than seven years. Murder of a beautiful little boy sleeping in his fucking bed for sure should be more than seven years. And this is what we're dealing with. I don't even I couldn't imagine. I couldn't imagine. And I you know, I'd like to say things like, Well, that guy wouldn't leave the house, which in my opinion he wouldn't. If I had to witness my baby boy being stabbed to death and holding him in his final seconds of his life, looking up at me, going, Daddy, why can't you help me? Oh man, that kills me. It kills me for that dad. Kills me for that little baby boy, these sisters that have to see this this justice system fail. That poor mother. Everybody is involved in this, and all they're seeing is the justice system fail. And this guy gets released on good behavior. How do you you shouldn't even be in prison to get good behavior? You should have been executed right off the bat, in public, and been done with it. You killed a six-year-old boy in his bed. I don't care anything about color of race, I don't care any of that. If it was a black child, same thing. If it was a white dude, same thing. Unfucking acceptable. And this is Oh, this is what we're dealing with. We're already dealing with the you know the stuff of Charlie Kirk. We're already dealing with the stuff of the left hating the right, the right hating the left, and then you have to deal with outlandish shit like this just being thrown in the middle, and our brains can only handle so much. I know I'm at a loss for words nowadays. What do you say? How do you deal with this? Fucking crazy. I don't know. We can keep rambling on, but I I don't know. I'm just pissed. Um, I had a whole plan for this episode, we'll go back to that. Um I was going to bring up Oh, sorry, that just really pissed me off. So I was gonna bring up there's all these controversies and there's all these conspiracies, and there's all this about Charlie Kirk's being assassinated. You know, you got Candace Owis saying it's linked to Israel. You got people saying I I even saw one where his lapel mic shot him. I don't know if anybody's ever shot a gun, but the lapel, I mean, there'd be on a white shirt, there'd be like blunt, like there'd be powder from something that close. There'd be uh there'd be a lot. I don't, I don't, I don't know. But I figured let's go down, let's go down the rabbit hole. Okay. We can sit here and we can listen to all these conspiracy theories. We can, this is I, in my opinion, I still think it's gonna be the next Kennedy assassination. I think forever, we're always gonna think there's gonna be another person, and we're always gonna, no matter what, it's all gonna come out. Now, if you think everything's released to the public that's going on, you got you gotta you gotta rethink that. Everything's not released to the public. So I'm sure there's videos that we don't know about, I'm sure there's things that we don't know about, but I figured the best thing to bring up is a probable cause affidavit. If you don't know what that is, let's look up the definition. Hold on one second. Okay, so we'll look up what they say the probable cause affidavit is. I'll tell you what it is, in my opinion. Probable cause affidavit is me turning in my report, but my report also has to meet all the elements of the crime that I am saying I believe this person has committed. So, like, let's just go to like a simple thing that I deal with, like a domestic or something like that. I do my report, I complete my report, and I put charges that I think fit along with my report. And then along with my report, I have to put out a PC affidavit. Now, the PC affidavit sometimes is pretty much just like your report, but what it is is it's breaking down the elements of the crimes that I think are being committed. So if there's domestic violence, I've got to bring up the elements of crime of domestic violence, and like let's say in um our state has domestic violence in front of a minor in the presence of a minor. So now what I have to do is I have to prove probable cause, which probable cause you have to prove to get somebody arrested. So I have to prove probable cause that there was a domestic, and not only was there a domestic, there was a domestic in front of a minor in the presence of a minor. So that is a PC affidavit, and it has to be turned in. And this is a legal paperwork. So if I lie on this, I could lose my career pretty much. That's that's what this is. So what oh Google AI says a probable cause or PC affidavit is a sworn written statement by a law enforcement officer, a law enforcement officer detailing the facts and circumstances that establish probable cause, which is a reasonable basis for believing that a crime has been committed or the evidence of the crime will be found in a specific place. Judges review this affidavit to determine if the standard of probable cause is met, which is necessary for issuing arrest warrants and search warrants. It serves as a basis for the court orders and requires the warrantless arrest to justify the arrest of to a judge within a short time frame. So what this is, a PC affidavit is something I turn in to say, hey, judge, this is what I'm bringing to you, and this is why I think we meet all criteria. So, like if I take in a PC affidavit to a judge and I'm saying, hey, I want an arrest warrant for this guy, or I want a search warrant for this place, I have to be able to bring to the judge why. Um you I'm trying to think of this. So if you shot somebody with a a bazooka, okay, and then I that's a big explosionary like term idea, but so you shot someone with a bazooka, okay, and I write up a search warrant for said bazooka in your house. Can you fit a bazooka in a drawer of your desk? Can you fit a bazooka in a coffee can? No. So it doesn't give me the right to search everything in the house. Now, if you're searching for certain items, you're able to search in those because you can hide them. You cannot hide a bazooka in a coffee can unless it's one big ass coffee can and you're gonna be caffeinated forever. So that's pretty much what a PC affidavit is. So I figured the best thing we could do is let's bring up Oh, in the fourth judicial district court of Utah County, state of Utah, the PC affidavit for Tyler James Robinson. Date of birth, 416, 2003. So what this states is, and we'll just go through the whole thing. If you don't want to go through it, I'm sorry, but this is pretty much what this episode is gonna be is doing that. Um so the state of Utah by and through the Utah County's attorney's office charges the defendant with the commission of the following offenses. So in their state, we're gonna do count one aggravated murder, which that's a capital felony in violation of the Utah Code. And I don't know what that is. Um Title 76, Section 5, or Chapter 5, Section 202. I don't know how their state is, but it's it's section 76 or Title 76, Chapter 5202. Um, yeah. So hold on one second, I get got a text message. Some chick named Anna asked him if ask him for work. Okay, so whatever it is, 765202. In that on September 10th, 2025, in Utah County, the defendant Tyler James Robinson intentionally or knowingly caused the death of Charlie Kirk under the following circumstances. The defendant knowingly created a great risk of death to another individual and individual other than Charlie Kirk and the defendant. Okay. So pretty much he aggravated murdered somebody. Like he knew he's killing Charlie Kirk, is what his goal was. He put other people in danger. Um, conviction of this offense may carry death penalty or punishment under Utah Code 763207.7, a mandatory term of imprisonment for life without parole, or an indeterminate term of no less than 25 years, and that may be for life. So then we have some enhancements. Um victim targeting enhancement and the violation of the Utah Code. I don't know, annex maybe 763203.142. Um, Tyler James Robinson intentionally selected Charlie Kirk because of Tyler James Robinson's belief and perception regarding Charlie Kirk's political expression. So all that's saying is he knew what he was doing. He was trying to kill Charlie Kirk because his political expression. Um says, Notice if the trier of the facts finds beyond a reasonable doubt that the victim targeting enhancement applies, the sentencor the Board of Pardon and Parole shall consider the defendant's selection of the victims as an aggravating factor. All that's stating right there in legal terms is if they find that it was aggravated, it needs to be put in as aggravated. Um then we have another one. Um and then it also is a violent fence committed in the presence of a child. Aggravating factor. The sentence judge or board of partner paroles shall consider as an aggravating factor in their deliberations that the defendant committed a violent criminal offense in the presence of a child. So we know children are there, that's all that's staying, and that makes it aggravating. So, count two, felony discharge of a firearm causing seriously bodily injury, a first-degree felony violation in Utah Code 76, 11210, 32 and 3C. In that September 10th, 2022, in Utah County, the defendant Tyler James Robinson discharged a firearm in the direction of Charlie Kirk, knowing or having reason to believe that Charlie Kirk may be endangered by discharge of firearms, and the act caused seriously bottle injury to Charlie Kirk. We know that. So count one is pretty much the murdering. Count two is felony discharging. So when you get these charges, you can get charges added to it. So we know that he went to kill Charlie Kirk. We know that. But we know it wasn't with a knife or something. That would get another charge. But count two is saying it was with the discharge of a firearm. That's all that that's saying. Then it goes into victim targeting. We've already gone because of Charlie Kirk's political expression. We also know the presence of a child. So now we've got first charge, murder, pretty much. Second charge, discharge of a firearm to create injury, pretty much. And then now we have all the other stuff in front of a child with victim targeting. So count three, obstruction of justice, a second-degree felony in the violation of Utah Code 768306-2. In that, on September 10th, 2025, in Utah County, the defendant Tyler Robinson with the intent to hinder, delay, or prevent the investigation, apprehension, prosecution, conviction, or punishment of the person regarding the conduct conduct that constitutes a criminal offense, C, concealed or remove the firearm used to shoot Charlie Kirk, and the conduct that constitutes an offense would be capital felony or first degree felony. So that states, hold on, I gotta get a drink of water. So that states pretty much that he obstruction, he took the gun, hiding the gun. That was the deal. That is count three. So count four, obstruction of justice, same thing. It goes through the whole thing that I just read you, but what they're saying now is destroyed, concealed, or removed clothing that he would have worn during the shooting, and the conduct constitutes an offense that would be a capital founty first-degree murder. So we know that. So they're saying, first of all, you took the gun, you hid the gun. Second of all, you destroyed the clothing. Okay? So that's what those are saying. So you got two counts of instruction of justice. Um, I think you could get more because you know you're trying to stop the apprehension and prevent, but it will go past that. Then we have tampering with a witness. This is count five, a third-degree felony in the violation of Utah Code 768508. In that on or about September 10th in Utah County, the defendant Tyler Robinson believed that the official proceeding or investigation was pending or about to be instituted or intended to be prevent or intended to prevent an official proceeding or investigation, and B attempted to induce or otherwise cause his roommate to withhold testimony, information, a document, or an item to wit. So pretty much directing his roommate to the delete incriminating text messages. That's that that that's what that one is. So a lot of these, as you can hear, a lot of it's like they bring up the date, they bring up the time, they bring up where it's at. And this is what we have to do in these. So it's not just like, okay, you have all this, but now let's throw this other charge. You have to put why on each one of these. So count six, tampering with evidence. We have the same thing, all that. And then um, pretty much he was directing so count six, so count five is telling him to delete. Count six is telling him to direct his roommate to stay silent. A police question to his roommate. So we have those. Next would be violent offense committed in the presence of a child. It's a class A misdemeanor in violation of Utah code, 763203.10 and 763203.14. On September 10th, blah, blah, blah. Um, Tyler Robinson committed a criminal homicide in the physical presence of a child younger than 14 years old with the knowledge that the child was present and may have seen or heard the commission of the criminal homicide. So that's just another violent offense. Then we have the targeting enhancement that try to make it aggravated. So we've got seven charges they're charging him with. So this is the PC affidavit. Now the judge can add or take, the di the district attorney can add or take charges. You know, they can say, this is what we're turning in to say, this is what we believe, this is what we think we meet criteria for. Now, attorneys make a lot more money to know the law better, and they can go, actually, we can add this, or haha, we can take this away and change it to this. This is just what us dumb cops turn in, and this is what we say that we met the elements of the crime because of this, this, and this. Now take in mind, the district attorney can come in and go, Yeah, I don't think you really meet that. Or they can say, We're gonna add to it. So now we know what crimes that we're being the count we're charging them with. Or can you know, we're saying he did. So now we break down the PC affidavit. This is long. Um, this is how reports go. So let's break it down. A bunch of it's gonna be redundant stuff, though you're gonna keep us hearing stuff. So probable cause statement. Brian Davis of the Utah State Bureau of Investigations have probable cause to believe that the defendant committed the above listed offenses, submitted the following evidence in support filing of this information. So we know the counts. Okay, we know what he's saying that happened. So let's break it down. On September 10th, 2025, at approximately 12.23 p.m., Charlie Kirk was shot and killed while speaking to a large crowd on the campus of Utah Valley University UVU in Oram, Utah. Counts one and two. So see, as you see, we're breaking it down already. So this is how these go. Count one and two. Police found the suspected murder weapon, a bolt action three or thirty six rifle nearby. Over the next approximate 33 hours, police conducted a manhunt for the shooter until the evening of September 11th, 2025, when Tyler James Robinson surrendered to police at the Washington County Sheriff's Office. DNA consistent with Robinson was found on the rifle's trigger. After shooting Mr. Kirk, Robinson hid the gun, count three, discharged the clothes he wore when he fired the rifle, count four, and told his lover and roommate to delete incriminating text messages, count five, and to not talk to police, count six. Children were present at the time of shooting, count seven. So that is pretty much an introduction to what's going to happen in this PC affidavit. So he's going to break down the events that had happened. So it says the shooting. Turning Point USA, a nonprofit organization founded in 2012 by Charlie Kirk, organized a public outdoor event to be held at noon on September 10th, 2025 at UVU. The event was the first in a series of similar events to be held at a college campus nationwide. Mr. Kirk is a well-known conservative activist, famous for all these types of events where he discusses various political issues and debates with audience members. His events and comments have garnered a significant number of supporters and drawn the ire of the many who disagree with his political views. The event at UVU was announced far in advance and garnered significant publicity and interest. Consequently, several hundred oh consequently, sorry, I need a drink of water. Consequently, a several hundred people attended. Mr. Kirk was interacting with the crowd before the event officially got underway. Then approximately at noon, Mr. Kirk seated himself under a portable canopy behind a table with a microphone. He began to he began speaking to the crowd and fielding questions from attendees. A format Mr. Kirk calmly used at these events. Mr. Kirk allowed these questions to be approached or questioners to be sorry, hold on. Allowed these questioners to approach a microphone positioned directly in front of him. Now hold on a second. Sorry. Directly in front of him. Mr. Kirk's team members were very close to him on his left and right, as well as some behind the canopy and others on various locations near him. A large crowd surrounded Mr. Kirk on three sides. Temporary metal fencing separated the attendees from Mr. Kirk by only a matter of feet. Directly above and behind Mr. Kirk was a UVU Hall of Flags, an interior walkway spanning several hundred feet with floor to ceiling glass windows which overlooked the plaza and Mr. Kirk was seated. People were in the walkway at the time of the shooting. Approximately fifteen minutes into the event, Mr. Kirk was answering a question about mass shootings by transgendered individuals when a gunshot rang out. The bullet struck Mr. Kirk in the neck. He slumped to the ground almost immediately. The bullet's trajectory passed closely to several other individual individuals besides Mr. Kirk, including the questioner who was standing directly in front of Mr. Kirk where the visible were visible near Mr. Kirk's stage where he was shot.
unknown:Mr.
SPEAKER_02:Kirk was rested nearby hospital where he was declared deceased. The medical examiner's report is pending. So that breaks down the shooting. So we all know what happens. We've seen the shooting, but this pretty much just breaks it down in terms, this is what we have to turn in. And we're waiting for medical examiners. Now this is older, so I mean we know a little bit more, but I'm just kind of breaking down the PC affidavit that they turned in for Tyler Robinson. The UVU surveillance investigation. So now we've broken down the shooting. Now we're going to go to surveillance. Now take in mind, I believe that there's more surveillance than what they're giving us on, you know, the media and stuff, but this is, you know, I'm sure we have a lot more and a lot better than the blurry stuff we've seen. So let's break it down. At the moment of the shot, a UVU police officer was watching the crowd from an elevated vantage point. As soon as he heard the shot, he began to scan the area for threats. Believing the shot came from a rifle because of the sound, he looked for potential sniper positions. He noted a roof approximately 160 yards away from Mr. Kirk as a potential shooting position and rushed there to look for evidence. The suspected shooting position is adjacent to the open, publicly accessible walkway. To access the suspected location, a person must climb over the railing, then drop onto the roof only to be oh, hold on, only slightly below. The UVU officer climbed over the railing, down on the roof, and then walked to where the suspected shooting position and confirmed a clear shooting corridor between the position of Mr. Kirk's seat. He also noticed markings in the gravel rooftop consistent with this having with the sniper having lain on the roof. Impressions in the gravel potentially left by his elbows, knees, feet of the person in a prone position. So that's one of those gravel rooftops that we've all seen saying that like in the gravel you can see indentions where he believes somebody would have been laying. So police revealed uh review the surveillance from the camera, covering the roof, and discovered that it recorded an individual. Dressed in dark clothing, crossed the railing from the public walkway onto the roof at approximately 12 15. Although the individual moved out of camera's view for a short time, the camera again captured the individual crossing the rooftop, then in a low crawling to the area that the UVU officer recognizes where a suspect sniper had dropped into the prone's shooting position. After a short time, which matches the known time of the shot, the individual arose and ran across the roof to the northeast. The discovery led to an intensive review of UVU surveillance recordings to attempt to track the identity of the suspect. Surveillance revealed the following at approximate 11 51, a suspect suspect entered the campus from the north. He is seen wearing a black shirt with an American flag in the center, a dark baseball cap, large sunglasses. Throughout the surveillance, the suspect keeps his head down and rarely raises his head enough to get a clear image of his face. As he proceeds across the campus, he is seen walking with an unusual gait, meaning he's not bending his knees the right way. The suspect walks with a very little bending in his right leg, consistent with rifle being hidden in his pants. So they're saying he's walking weird, like he's got a pegle leg, probably a rifle. This unusual gait continues until the suspect is seen crossing the railing off the open walkway onto the roof where he leaves the camera's view. A camera later captures the suspects as he runs across the roof of the suspected shooting position immediately after the shot was fired. A camera captures the suspect running across the roof carrying an item in the shape is consistent with a rifle. The suspect is seen climbing down from the roof, and he appears to drop the item he is carrying as he hits the ground in a controlled fall, and then picks up the item and run towards the northeast end of campus. Boy, I can't seem to get enough water today. Like I'm it's like my throat's hurting as I'm talking. So pretty much those are the cameras that they're saying they have, and they've seen it. Expanded crime scene investigation is the next thing. Law enforcement officers are followed. See, I can't talk. Law enforcement officers follow the suspect's escape path to the northeast end of the campus where they believe the suspects left the campus and entered a wooden area. In that wooded area, investigators found a bolt action rifle wrapped in a towel. The rifle contained one spent round and three unspent rounds. This is consistent with the facts officer observed at the time of and immediately after the shooting. No shell casings were found on the roof, suggesting a bolt action rather than an auto loading weapon, because and only one single round was fired. So what that's stating, if you don't know about rifles, is not automatic or semi-automatic, not really automatic. People, it would you it's just easier to say automatic. So when I shoot like an AR, as soon as I shoot the round, a round or casing is ejected, another one is put in its place. Now, bolt action, I have to actually do it manually. I have to pull back the bolt, click, click, my one round gets suspended, and another one goes in area, and as I push forward it, it puts another one in. So this is saying that no shells were found or casings were found, meaning that it was probably a bolt action. See, and I'm I'm kinda I'm kind of different on this, um, because people always automatically assume oh, it's either a revolver or a bolt action. But could it not be that he immediately picked it up, then runs because no one could get DNA evidence off it? Either way, they they figured it was a bolt action, which is more probable because there's only one shot shot. A lot more rifles or bolt action, blah blah blah. So each round in the rifle contained an etched description as follows. The fire cart cartridge had no tice bulge, oh wall, what's this? I guess that's some furry fucking nonsense. I don't know. Some furry meme stuff that I don't really get. Um his second cartridge says, Hey Fascist Catch, and that's supposed to be like, and then it has arrows, which I guess it says, hey fascist catch, up arrow, right arrow, and three down arrows, which is a reference to the Eagle 500 kilogram bomb from video game Helldivers 2. So that's what that is. Now, third cartridge can had oh bella chow or cow bella ciao bella ciao ciao chow. I I don't I don't speak Italian, but what I can tell you what this is it is an Italian folk song for when the Germans you know what let's just play some of it. Take in mind this is going to be an English version of an Italian song. Um I just went to YouTube, found it. It's gonna be by Seth Station Watkins. So let's listen to it a little bit and you can kind of hear Woke up one morning. So that's obviously the English version. It's not gonna be perfect to what Italian is, but it was about the Italian resistance fighting against the occupying troops of Germany. So that's what that round said was pretty much, in my opinion, he's kind of linking Charlie Kirk to Nazis, and I don't know. Then the fourth cartridge is if you read this, you are gay, L M A O, that one's pretty understandable. The rifle, ammunition rounds, and towel were sent to forensic processing. DNA consistent with Robinson's was found on the trigger and other parts of the rifle, the fired cartridge casings, and two of the three unfired cartridge casings and the tau. Law enforcement was unable to immediately locate the shooter, so they published the photos of the shooter to UVU surveillance cameras and asked for the public's helped identity to identify him. Meanwhile, law enforcement continued to try to identify the shooter through other means. So, we've got a rifle with Tyler Robinson's DNA on it. Now, what we do know, or what we believe to know, is only one round was shot. There was only one gunshot heard. So we've now got a rifle with one spent round, with a gentleman matching everything with a perfect eyesight to Charlie Kurt, and then all that. So there's people saying his security guard shot him to the side. All sorts of crazy things. I don't know. I wasn't there. This is just me breaking down the PC affidavit. Now, PC affidavits, again, these are things that we have to prove to get a warrant or to arrest somebody. So there we go. So now we'll go to the Washington County investigation. Now take in mind this PC affidavit that's turned in is from the Utah Bureau of Investigations. So depending on your state, you know, we'll work it, but then we'll also ask the assistance of like the Bureau of Investigations. Like we have one in my state. Um, they help us with a lot of stuff. They have a lot more funding. They have people that just specialize in certain things. And it's like bringing in the A team, and we're the B team. It is what it is. Maybe even the C team. Fuck, I don't know. But we bring them in, they help us. So this saying on the evening, so this is Washington County investigation. On the evening of September 11, 2025, as law enforcement officers continue their investigation, Tyler James Robinson went to the Washington County Sheriff's Office with his parents and family friend to turn himself in. Robinson's mother stated the following to police. On September 11, 2025, the day after the shooting, Robinson's mother saw a photo of the shooter in the news and thought the shooter looked like her son. Robinson's mother called her son and asked where he was. He said he is at homesick and that he had been homesick on September 10th. Robinson's mother expressed concern to the husband that the suspected shooter looked like Robinson's looked like Robinson. Robinson's father agreed. Now, again, these are statements of the mom said. And like, yeah, you can go down the conspiracy rap hole, go to did it really, did they really say that? I don't know. This is what we're getting. PC have David. Someone's testifying that this is what was said. Then it goes, Robinson's mother explained that over the last two years or last year or so, Robinson had become more politically more political and had started to lean more to the left, becoming more pro-gay and trans right oriented. Well, he was dating a trans person, so that makes sense. She stated that Robinson began to date his roommate, a biological male who was transitioning genders. This resulted in several discussions with family members, but especially between the Robinson and his father, who have very different political views. So when this all happened, everyone said, oh, he was left. Someone said he always right because his dad is. But yeah, so this kind of is just saying they had different political views that Robinson grew up probably conservative with his dad and then slowly changes things after dating a dude. In one conversation before the shooting, Robinson mentioned that Charlie Kirk would be holding an event at UVU, which Robinson said was a stupid venue, quotations, for an event. Robinson accused Kirk of spreading hate. Robinson's father reported that when his wife showed him the surveillance image of the suspected shooter in the news, he agreed it looked like their son. He believed that the rifle the suspect did the sus the rifle that the police suspected the shooter used matched the rifle that was given to his son as a gift. As a result, Robinson's father contacted his son and asked him to send a photo of the rifle. Robinson did not respond. I wonder why, because he didn't have it. However, Robinson's father spoke on the phone with Robinson. Robinson implied that he had planned to take his own life. Robinson's parents were able to convince him to meet him at their home. As they discussed the situation, Robinson implied that he was the shooter and stated he couldn't go to jail and just wanted to end it. When asked why he did it, Robinson explained that there's too much evil and the guy, Charlie Kirk, spreads too much hate. They talked about Robinson turning himself in and convinced Robinson to speak with the family friends or to with a family friend who is a retired deputy sheriff. At Robinson's father's request, the family met with Robinson and his par or the family the family friend, sorry. Sorry, this is a lot. At Robinson's father's request, the family friend met with Robinson and his parents and convinced Robinson to turn himself in. So pretty much as a retired deputy sheriff that's friends with the family, they say, Hey dude, we need you to come over here and see what you think. That family friend's like, oh fuck, turn yourself in. The family friend spoke with police and reported telling Robinson that it would be the best if he brought all the evidence with him to the sheriff's office to avoid police having to search his parents' home. The family friend also asked Robinson if he had any clothes that were related to what he did. Robinson replied that he had disposed of the clothes in different areas. Now, now let's go to the roommate. Police interviewed Robinson's roommate, a biological male who was involved in a romantic relationship with Robinson. The roommate told police that the roommate received messages on Robinson from Robinson about the shooting and provided these messages to police. So Robinson's trans gay roommate with him pretty much said he had talked to Robinson. On September 10th, 2025, the roommate received a text message from Robinson which said, Drop what you're doing, look under the keyboard. The roommate looked under the keyboard and found a note that stated, I had an opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I'm going to take it. Police found a photograph of this note. So pretty much there was a picture of it and there. So probably I guess roommate probably disposed of that letter, but they still have a thing. The following text change exchange took place. So after reading this, the roommate responded, What? You're joking, right? Robinson states I'm still okay, my love, but I'm stuck in orum for a little while longer yet. Shouldn't be long until I come home, but I gotta grab my rifle still. To be honest, I hope to keep this secret till I died of old age. I am so sor I am sorry to involve you. You weren't the one who did it, right? Robinson, I am. I'm sorry. Roommate, I thought they caught the person. Robinson, no, they grabbed some crazy old dude, then interrogated someone in similar clothing. I had planned to grab my rifle from the drop point shortly after, but most of that side of town got locked down. It's quiet, almost enough to get out, but there's one vehicle lingering. Roommate, why? Robinson, why did I do it? Roommate, yeah. Robinson, I had enough of his hatred. Some hate can be negotiated out. If I am able to grab my rifle and seen, I will have left no evidence. Going to attempt to achieve it again, hopefully they have moved on. I haven't seen anything about them finding it. Roommate, how long have you been planning this? Robinson. A bit over a week, I believe. I can get close to it, but there is a squad car parked right by it. I think they already swept that spot and I don't want to chance it. And then Robinson again. I'm wishing I had circled back and grabbed it as soon as I got my vehicle. I'm worried that the old man would do if I'm worried what my old man would do if I didn't bring back my grandpa's rifle. I deck I don't know what that is. If it had a a serial number, but it wouldn't trace to me. I worry about prints. I had to leave it in the brush where I found oh Jesus. I worry about prints, I had to leave it in the bush where I changed outfits and didn't have the ability to or time to bring it with me. I might have to abandon it and hope they don't find prints. How the fuck will I explain losing to my old man? The only thing I have left was the rifle wrapped in a towel. Remember how I was engraving bullets? The fucking messages are mostly a big meme. If I see notice bulged UWU on Fox News, I might have a stroke. Alright, I'm gonna have to leave it. That really sucks. So there's a whole lot of stuff. I don't know, there's a whole lot of shit. He's just talking a whole lot. Judging from today, I say grandpa's gun does just fine. I don't know. I think that was a$2,000 scope. Robinson deleted delete this exchange. Robinson. My dad wants photos of the rifle. He says grandpa wants to know who has what. The feds released a photo of a rifle and is very unique, and he's calling me right now and not answering. Robinson. Since Trump got into office, my dad has been pretty diehard maga. These are uh Robinson again. I'm gonna turn myself in willing. One of my neighbors here is a deputy for the sheriff. Robinson, you're all I worry about, love. Roommate, I'm much more worried about you. Robinson, don't talk to the media, please. Don't take any interviews or make any comments. If police ask you questions, ask for a lawyer and stay silent. So that's gonna be the thing where he says delete it. That's gonna be pretty much tampering of the evidence, and then same thing with stay silent. It's gonna be obstructing from justice or whatever. So then they search Robinson's residence. Police executed a search warrant of Robinson's residence. Due to the search, police discover during the search, police discovered a shell casing that with etchings like the etchings found on the shells in the rifle near UVU. Police also found several targets with bullet holes in Robinson's home. So count one, aggravated murder. Hold on. Okay, so that then it brings up. I don't know why it brings this up again, but it does. So then goes count one, aggravated murder pertains to Robinson shooting and killing Charlie Kirk in the manner that exposed others. In addition, Mr. Kirk to great risk of death, count two, foundly discharge. We know that. Count three, obstruction from justice when he hit the rifle, count four, the close obstruction from justice, count five, telling the roommate to delete the messages, count six. If the police ask you any questions, don't answer them, and then count seven. There was children, and then that's pretty much it. So that's the whole PC affidavit that was turned in. Sorry, that was maybe a lot for y'all. I'm I don't know if you're is anybody still here. Um there's a lot to that, but that breaks down the PC affidavit that the law enforcement officers turned in. They believe there's enough of a crime committed or enough evidence that Robinson committed the crime to turn a PC affidavit in, put their name on that PC affidavit, and then turn it into a judge to get a warrant. And then it's signed at the beginning, bottom, Utah County Attorney's Office, um Jeffrey S. Gray, Utah County Attorney. Um, pretty much saying, okay, here you go. Um based on the evidence received from Brian Davis, a Utah Bureau or Utah State Bureau of Investigations, I have received to believe the defendant committed the offenses as charged within authorized for presentment and filing on September 16th, 2025. So that's saying on September 16th, they turned this in. The district attorney said, Yep, I believe you're with what you're turning into me, you're right. And that's how they got their arrest warrants and accounts for Tyler Robinson. A lot of people assume that, oh, they just go, oh, he did it. That's it. He did it, bam, and it's over. That kind of breaks down the PC affidavit of everything. Um, I'm thinking about maybe doing a YouTube video on the whole thing when we get more and more of it. So if that's something you would like, please reach out to me on TikTok or something, put it in the thing saying, hey, I just listened to the podcast, and I would love to hear um, I'd love to hear that. But with that being said, guys, thank you so much for sticking with me. I've got farm chores to do. This took a while, but I I enjoyed it. I liked hearing the actual PC affidavit. I'm kind of a nerd like that. I want to see evidence. So many people want to jump to conclusions, so many people want to jump to what the media is sharing. So many people want to jump to things. I want to see more before I say a whole lot. With me seeing a PC affidavit, I feel a little, I mean, and I don't even know if this is true. I mean, it's from the Washington Post. I don't know. It might not be true. I don't know. From everything I just read, it's pretty much breaking down the PC affidavit. So from what I know, I believe this to be true, and I want to see it. I want to see more than, oh, well, they said he did it because this, this, and this. You're only going to learn so much from the media, and we got to stop relying so much on the media and actually learn things. But with all that being said, guys, please let me know if you want me to do a long-term video or long, long view video. Hell, I don't know, long video video, whatever it is. But I appreciate you guys so much. Thank you for listening. If this is something you enjoyed, please reach out. Let me know. I don't know if I'm just talking into a microphone. I know, Jess, I know you're out there. I appreciate the support. Um, let me know you listen to these. I mean, I appreciate it. A few of you said you're started from round one because you didn't know I had a podcast. If you're here, I appreciate it. I appreciate everybody. Whether you've been here the whole time, whether you're new, whether you're giving me a shot, whether you hate me, whether you like me, thank you. I appreciate you. Um with all that being said, guys, it's been a long one. I I I love all the support. I couldn't do this without y'all. So please stay safe. Spread the love and positivity, and don't let the trolls get you down. Life is too short for all that. Have a good one, guys. Stay safe.
