Jen Sellick is the owner of Perfect Day Travel & Cruise Boutique, a boutique travel and lifestyle business based in Southern Maine. With a lifelong passion for travel- rooted in childhood road trips, cruises, and international adventures- Jen built her business from the ground up after one of the most difficult seasons of her life. Following the loss of her daughter to overdose, her husband's heart transplant, and the financial and emotional devastation that followed, she found herself needing not just a new career, but a new beginning. She made the leap into the travel industry with no prior experience and left her 9-to-5 behind in just 11 months.
Today, Jen specializes in crafting deeply personalized travel experiences- from multigenerational cruises to bucket-list international itineraries- with the kind of attention to detail that only comes from someone who genuinely cares about getting it right. She works with clients who want more than a booking confirmation; they want someone in their corner who listens, advocates, and knows the difference between a trip that checks a box and one that changes a life. Her supplier relationships, preferred partner access, and hands-on client approach set her apart in an industry increasingly dominated by algorithms and automation.
Beyond her travel clients, Jen mentors a growing team of professionals, helping others build flexible, purpose-driven businesses of their own. She is a passionate voice in the conversation about the future of the travel industry- particularly around what AI can and cannot replace- and believes that the best travel advisors aren't threatened by technology; they're made more valuable by it. Jen lives and works from Maine, practices active daily gratitude, and is proof that joy can be found again… sometimes one trip at a time.
