Searching for More
Fact: most of us are living lives that are pretty disconnected from the truth of who we really are. We exist as versions of ourselves we believe will satisfy the world around us, often at the expense of our own happiness. We unknowingly show up as who we think we’re supposed to be, rather than who we really are.
Good news! The path to a happier and more vibrant life starts with one simple question: who were you before the world told you who you were supposed to be? Let it sink in for a moment.
Searching for More is a conversation about how we can start to show up for ourselves, or better yet as ourselves, in a world that never really taught us how. It’s an opportunity to step outside of our distraction-filled lives and examine what’s really going on. Most of all, this is a highly relatable conversation, based on my own journey of self-discovery. I’m Jake and I’ve spent years searching for more happiness, more fulfillment, more inner peace. And while I haven’t figured it all out, what I know deeply is that it all starts with coming into touch with the truth of our being (aka self-discovery).
Join me on Searching for More. It’s time to rediscover the real you.

In this episode, things get personal. Society has conditioned us to lean away from vulnerability, but in this episode, we're going to do the opposite. Because vulnerability builds trust and connection. Join me as I share more about my journey, including some of my earliest traumatic experiences, how they went unprocessed for years and how the Searching for More framework has allowed me to come more into touch with the truth of who I am, beneath these unprocessed experiences.
