"The Story Of Easter - Jesus From Genesis To Revelation" : Matthew 1:1-23

You probably heard of Christmas in July, but is it Christmas at Easter? Although we don’t always think about it, the incarnation is a vital part of the Easter story. If Jesus was not fully God and fully man, then His work on the cross would be insufficient for our redemption. In this sermon,  we look at why the incarnation matters to theology and why it matters to our lives today.

Series Overview

Sometimes, during the Easter season, we focus so tightly on the cross and empty tomb that we miss the larger story of redemption. This year, in our Easter sermon series, we will zoom out and look at the full story of redemption from Genesis through Revelation. From the beginning to the end of scripture, we will examine why we need a savior, why Jesus had to be fully man, what Jesus accomplished on the cross, and what the empty tomb means for our eternity.
