About René Recker

René Recker is a committed and motivated professional with a degree in IT business consulting and more than 15 years of hands-on experience in managing, planning, and implementing solutions in the EUC space. 

At IGEL Technology, René was responsible for the rebuild of the EMEA Presales Team, which had a crucial impact on supporting the sales department to grow the business with a passionate customer-first approach.

In 2019, René was part of the initial leadership team of the newly created CX Department and responsible for building the professional services business in EMEA from scratch. Over the upcoming 4 years, he built a passionate team that delivered the highest customer satisfaction approach to the IGEL customer base.

Since 2023, René has put all his heart and passion into the IGEL Community, where he has grown the community from 9000 to 11,500 members, implemented new formats, and led the VIP Programme with 45 experts as an Evangelist.
