Sonja Hollins-Alexander is the Associate Vice President, content advisor, and scholar for Corwin. She has been in the field of education and publishing for thirty years with twenty-two of those being in social work, teaching and educational leadership at the school, district, and higher education levels. She is a Corwin author of Online Professional Development Through Virtual Learning Communities, and coauthor of Collective Equity as well as Mindframes for Belonging, Identities and Equity.
Larry Ferlazzo has been a high school teacher for English Language Learners and English-proficient students for twenty-three years. He is the author or editor of thirteen books on education, has been a teacher advice columnist for Education Week for the last thirteen years, and hosts a popular resource-sharing blog. He also hosts a BAM Radio Show that accompanies his Ed Week columns.
