Fresh off the back of the Olympic trials, Eilidh and Susan discuss the Scot's who performed and booked their tickets to Paris.
The biggest debate covered is the third spot in the men's 800m, with Jake Wightman missing the trials with a medical exemption, what does that now mean his chances are for being included in Team GB?
The two also look at the difference between the American trials and the British trials and discuss the importance of competing at your national championships.
