Looking back at Glasgow 2014 with the Renicks Sisters
On the opening night of Glasgow 2014, Kimberley Renicks won Team Scotland's first gold medal of the championships, followed around 63 minutes later by her older sister Louise, also winning gold.
They were catapulted into the spotlight and nicknamed The Golden Sisters from that point on. In the latest episode, Eilidh and Susan hear from both sisters about their preparations leading into the games, what it's like to watch your sister become Commonwealth Champion and the chaos which followed.
Kimberley and Louise also talk candidly about their upbringing, family support and their relationship as sisters, team mates and eventually as athlete and coach.
As always, enjoy!
