In this episode, Eilidh and Susan discuss the recent Scottish performances, which include a number of Commonwealth Games standards and injury returns. Athletes such as, Megan Keith, Jemma Reekie, Alisha Rees, Sarah Tait, Sarah Calvert and Eloise Walker.
They also look at the future of the Grand Slam Track series, given the last competition of the series has been cancelled.
Finally Eilidh and Susan give their predictions on whether they believe Faith Kipyegon can be the first female in history, to break the 4 minute barrier in the mile.
