In this episode of The Inside Track, Eilidh and Susan look back at the British Championships and the Scots who performed. Notable performances came from defending champion Sarah Calvert, Jake Wightman in the 800m and a new Scottish Record from Stephen MacKenzie in the long jump.
Today has also seen the announcement of the Team Scotland Athletics Squad for the Commonwealth Games, so Eilidh and Susan discuss how the team looks ahead of the games.
