That moment inspired him to pivot into paramedical tattooing—helping clients with scar camouflage, 3D areolas, nipple revisions, and stretch mark treatments. Alongside his wife Mandy (who manages the business and social media and is currently training to join him in the procedure room), Jeff has built Novella Aesthetics into a studio dedicated to restoring confidence and changing lives.
