Two years. That’s how long it took for me to finally say YES to myself and attend my first-ever spiritual retreat in Bali with the incredible Lisa Everding, founder of Earthy Angels. This wasn’t just a physical journey—it was deeply transformative, forcing me to face my fears and resistance to my own growth.
